Hikari Organic Miso Paste Mild Sodium, 17.6 Oz

Great product, really tasty. Great value for money as you get ripped off in the supermarket for such a small amount. Really good taste even though it's the lower sodium version. Works great as miso soup and also great in sauces. Lasts a long time when stored in the fridge.

Yep, organic and vegan, miso doesn't normally get as smug as me. But I gotta say, this miso is fab. comes in a nice box with a lid, so it doesn't go all crusty (unlike the crappy supermarket hummus - yes, Waitrose and Sainsburys, I am talking to you). Slop it on yer aubergine or make that broth stuff, when you boil it with some water and bit of chopped veg - it tastes so authentic, people will suggesting you try out for Masterchef on Korean TV. Will try other brands

Never bought this product before but it is really nice. Gives a nice flavour to chinese and Korean dishes. It's organic too you also get a lot for your money as you only need a little bit for each meal.

A bit too mild for me, even for a mild Miso, but overall not bad and you get plenty for the price.

I am buying my second box. The best miso paste in the market. Wonderful, really. I do recommend.

Usually I used a regular Hikari White Miso paste, but this time decided to try Mild Sodium option.In generally, like it, but missing a specific miso paste taste...
