SHIMANO CLIPLESS PEDAL FOR ROAD

Great quality and totally reliable. Not the cheapest but not many better.

My favourite SPD SL pedal . Light and excellent value. Recommend.

Always thought clipless generally are a bit over-engineered but these work as well as any. I have them on the loosest setting and find them easy to release when I need to.

I've purchased these before for another bike but bought a grey pair for a new bike but the same black pedals arrived. Not a massive deal breaker as I know these are quality products, just wished a grey one arrived- as ordered- to go with the aesthetic I was going for with this bike. Would otherwise have given 5 stars.

My first venture into Clippless pedals wasn’t great based on the fact they where too stiff to eject out of and I think forcing the foot out of the pedal damaged my knee .I have been using normal pedals with toe clips and this has been fine however on a new racing bike they look naff so after some investigation I found these Shimano RS500 pedal and they are great with easy ejection and being Shimano the pedals come with a set of cleats good value and I would recommend.

Initial review: Good looking, easy to adjust, does the trick. Reasonable price compared with other sellers. Follow up: so after only 4 rides / 170 miles on the clock, the cleat on my standing foot needs changing. I’ve read on forums the quality of cleats that come with the pedals aren’t as durable as a stand-alone pack. I’ve had no incidents with clipping in/out, have the pedals on the loosest setting, so a little underwhelmed to be needing to replace after such a short time. The pedals are great, which is the main thing.

Great pedals. Easy to fit and adjust

As a road cyclist I have these fitted to an indoor spin bike as I prefer using the SPD-SL system to the cage and strap setup that some spin bikes use. Easy to install and I’ve had no issues whatsoever and the same goes for the supplied yellow cleats too. All good.

Me han sorprendido gratamente!! Siendo el modelo más básico de shimano son muy ligeros, mucha sujeción y súper cómodos. Recomendado al 100%. Creo que no merece la pena gastar más.

Pedali in carbonio di ottima fattura. Non avendo velleità agonistiche, ma pura passione amatoriale, mi sono sono rivolto verso questo prodotto molto robusto. I pedali sono arrivati assieme alle tacchette gialle (non presenti nella descrizione del prodotto ma confermato da più utenti che hanno acquistato e recensito questo prodotto) Shimano poi è sinonimo di garanzia e qualità quundi nulla da dire. Amazon, come al solito, è velocissima ed impeccabile!
