Interval Timer and Stopwatch - White/Gray Gloss

I've had this timer for almost three years, purchased on Oct 25 2013. It times a single interval set - I use a 5 min row, 2 min rest on a rowing machine, a 1 min rest plus 30 second optional interval rest for weightlifting. Resetting it is reasonably quick. It lasts, and the beep is loud enough that my wife complains about it being distracting. update. Now 9 years and under constant weekly use no issues at all. Works perfectly

I like the timer for simple programs, especially emoms. It’s easy to use and I like the Beeper. I also like the compact size with the clip. Once you figure out the buttons it’s pretty easy to use My first one had an issue with battery drain, they quickly sent a replacement. So kudos to customer service.

This or something like it is essential for run/walking a marathon. It's lighter than a phone and clips to your shorts. I haven't ditched my trust sports watch, but may see fit to after testing in my first race with it this weekend.

I had the charging one in purple that lasted for years. When finally that one gave up I bought the same exact one thinking I would be good for another few years, however that definitely was not the case, it lasted like 2 months... I changed ..bought another new gym boss this time a little cheaper as I decided, perhaps the battery operated ones are better, wrong. The buttons on it don't work, try to do a reset, which I have tried on all of them, no go. When gym bosses are reliable (like my original one was) they are really Awesome. I feel I have received ones that were supposed to be new, but probably returned by someone else and then sent to me. Thus I am trying real hard to find something very similar to what gym boss can do. Currently, I have an interval app on my phone but is saps so much energy out of my phone.

I've bought two GymBosses, this being my second one. Although it stopped working after one month, I contacted the seller 6 months later and they replaced the item. Good product. Better company

I have several of these timers. I use them for all my gym activities such as jumping rope, running, rest periods in between sets. I love its quick easy functions, multiple modes and small compact frame easily clips on to my shirt , shoulder or waist.

This is my second one in about 5 yrs. First one still works except one of the buttons snapped and makes it a little challenging to set. All in all I love Gymboss timer. Took getting use to the new features and the buttons take more pressure than the older model (I guess that's why my first one eventually snapped after 5 yrs) I'd buy another one just to have an extra.

Great little timer!

This little gem is the size of a pager and is the perfect size for your gym workout. I have used my friend's for ages and decided to get my own. You basically set the time of workout period and rest period and amount of repartition. On the video, I set it for 10s on / 5s rest with 2 repartition. Normally I do 20s on / 10s rest with 10 repartition of that exercise before moving onto the next one. After 40 minutes you really know you have done a workout and I usually do between 40 - 60 minutes using this timer. For the price you can't go wrong and it's just perfect for your workout as it stops you looking at your watch as you are concentrating on the beeps. The Gymboss also has a vibrate feature if needed. This is a great addition to my workouts.

Ich habe mir den Kleinen für mein Lauf- und flexibartraining zugelegt. Der Gymboss Intervallzeitgeber kommt ganz schön fein daher! Sieht schön aus und hat auch noch innere Werte. Dass er ohne Batterie geliefert wird, verzeiht man ihm nur zu gerne! Rasch ausgepackt und die Bedienhinweise überflogen, schon kann er eingesetzt werden! Die Programmierung ist Kinderleicht! Dass er auch noch über Vibrationsalarm verfügt finde ich klasse! Ich habe mir direkt das Band für den Arm dazubestellt. Und schon konnte es los gehen. Der Vibrationsalarm ist angenehm, so dass man sich nicht erschreckt, ihn aber trotzdem wahrnimmt. Ich verwende keinen Alarmton, weil ich beim Lauftraining nicht die Vögelchen erschrecken möchte ;-) Auf der Verpackung steht auf englisch, dass 100 prozentige Zufriedenheit garantiert wird. Das kann ich nur bestätigen! Tolles kleines Ding!
