Just the job
I was a bit apprehensive when I did my reading, the product sounded a bit too good to be true. Well! I was proved wrong.I took the 1st radiator off the wall, measured the area to be covered, and cut to suit. The tape was used on all sticking surfaces and placed carefully on the wall. When in place, I run a largish soft cloth all over the sticking surfaces to hopefully stick it 100%.I am well pleased to have fitted the panels I've done so far, and will be doing the rest of the house when able. One big tip! Unless not possible, take the radiator off the wall before fitting. Do the job properly, and hopefully like me you'll be pleased with what you've done.Since I've fitted the items in my living room the temperature has gone up 1.3 degrees centigrade with no thermostat changes.Well worth the money. When doing other room i stuck some silver foil on the wall with carpet spray first. I then gave it a few minutes to stick sound and then stuck the radiator panels, it then stayed stuck in a permanent fashion Apart from that, it's a cheap way of giving a bit more insulation. I'm chuffed to bits with the results leaving us with comfortable, warm rooms to live in, Just what the doctor ordered.

Unknown effectiveness, overpriced
No U value given nor definite evidence of effectiveness, no comparison with the bubble wrap and foil roll type, it should be about a third of the price for the moulded metallised plastic sheet it is.

Heatkeeper Energy Saving Radiator Panels
I bought a 10 pack a couple of weeks ago and fitted them the day they arrived.Easy enough to fit but after a few days some of the panels were loose so i had to buy a roll of Acrylic Gel Tape and re stick them on and that seemed to do the job.The rooms i put them in do appear to be a little warmer but its early days yet and i have not received a gas bill to date.

Panels Worked well, but double sided tape included is rubbish.
Easy enough to fit, and panels can be easily cut to size. For best results take the radiator off, then replace once panels are fitted behind. You can fit with leaving the radiator on, but mine was really close to the wall making removal the easier option.Double sided tape included is rubbish so I used a heat resistant 'no-more-nails' type adhesive which worked a treat. On the colder days of spring when central heating was on seemed to make a difference to the room, and they look pretty tidy too so overall v.pleased.

Heat keeper Hit
This product was recommended to me by the ex head of domestic renewable energy at Centrica. If seen them in her house and asked if she thougjt they were worth having and she was unequivocal in her recommendation. The package arrived promptly with clear instructions for use and plenty of tape to attach the panels. I used my pack of ten for 6 radiators of varying sizes and positions in the house and they're all still attached 10 days later. The process was straightforward and not too fiddly. Took about two hours. The difference to the heat, and the feel of the heat was instant and the boiler is definitely not coming on as often as before the install. I will be purchasing the product again to use on the remaining radiators in the house.

So far very pleased with the result and well worth doing
Have had this in place for a few weeks now. It has made a difference to the temperature of the rooms. During the recent cold weather we have not had to turn the thermostat up to stay warm.So far I have insulated all the outside wall mounted radiators. The pack was enough to do six. I mounted the sheets onto thick board the size of each radiator with the double sided tape provided, and cut slot for the radiator wall mountings. This means it is not stuck to the wall and can be removed for cleaning when necessary, and will allow the wall to breathe. So far very pleased with the result and well worth doing.

RADIATOR PANELS
I had fitted the panels & after a couple of hours they started to fall off. My girlfriend said that they were a lot of rubbish & a waste of my money. We have since taken them all off & put them in the bin. I am really disappointed in this product. DAVID BROWN.

won't stick that long
My only gripe is the double side tape don't stick after a few days, had to order a better quality tape for the job and that cost me again!
