We have a poodle/beagle le mutt and the beagle in him makes this snuffle treat mat a must-have for us. He likes nothing better than to snuffle around searching out smells and things to eat. His propensity towards gulping down his evening treats sent me on a search for a way to slow him down, while at that same time getting to use his sensory skills. What I love about this particular mat is that it's not made out of flimsy felt like so many out there are, which are easily shredded by an aggressive eater [and that makes them not particularly safe as well]. This one is made out of a polar tech fleece fabric, so it's soft and durable. The twists and turns in the surface make it easy to hide treats. It also has a pleasant eye appeal, AND it's so easy to clean by simply throwing it in the wash! Can't say enough good things about this mat. I highly recommend! 10 stars!

Good product. My puppy loves to find her kibble and some treats in this when we are gone. It keeps her busy and out of trouble.

Love these little feeding mats. I originally purchased for our yorkie to occupy him while we were away. But he fell in love with it using it every day. I have purchased another so I have a spare when washing. It cleans up well and drys great. Very well made and has been washed many times.

The concept of the Snuffle Mat is great; however, my 8 month old puppy (45 lb) will be entertained for seconds before picking it up and tossing his food everywhere. I get the mental stimulation part, but I think I would have to glue it to the floor for it to be effective!!

My dog loves this mat. Not as big as it looked in the photo but, I hid my dogs food in it & what wouldn’t fit, I put in his bowl. He didn’t want to eat out of the bowl, so when he was done with the first sniff, I refilled the mat for him to find the rest. Great way to keep him busy & slow down their eating. Definitely worth the price & delivered on time.

This mat is cute but a challenge to get th food into. The fabric is tight and the food tends to lay on top.

Ginger loves to hunt through this mat for her kibble. I’ve machine washed it twice. One of the ribbon strips loosened but was easily repaired with hot glue. The second washing was fine... no problem. It’s actually quite pretty. I’m in the process of making some hand tied ones that are about 1/3 of the cost, but I think it’ll be nice to give her a couple choices with different texture.

Just what I wanted for my cat. Keeps her busy.
