When it first arrived I was shocked to see I had received an empty box with nothing in it! I immediately contacted the seller directly to explain and without hesitation (and with the most speediest replies!) the seller did everything to ensure I got sent out a replacement. (It seems there may have been an issue at the Amazon warehouse where a customer sent the empty box back and possibly got a refund and it just got put back by mistake but either way the way the seller handled it was amazing and I got the option to have replacement or refund. I chose replacement and a new one got sent out to me SO quickly! The product is amazing quality and I'm excited to use it x

Absolutely love this for facial massage, worth the spend due to the shape which is very unique and a great multitasker. Great for anyone suffering with facial tension, this helps me relax at bedtime and gets my circulation going in the morning. Comes in a lovely box with an info card on how to use it.

I love the feel of the gua sha - and of course rose quartz is a power crystal which is a bonus! It's lovely to use and leaves my skin tingling.

I looove this piece in my skin care routine. It feels great in the hand and on skin. I also use it in the evenibg to relieve a bit of tension in the neck. Be mindful of pressure. Great material, shape & size.

I love love love the product, when my friend told me about gua sha, I wasn’t completely convinced to buy another facial tool as I already had a jade roller. But I honestly couldn’t be any mor wrong!This particular shape perfectly works the areas of my face that I want, such us my chin, cheekbones but also my neck! I would highly recommend getting one while you can

I'm very disappointed! I used it maybe 4 times since I bought it and last night during face massage it cracked and snapped in my hand. I'm lucky I didn't cut my face! It can't be real stone as it should be more durable! For that price it's not good at all!

The gua sha stone is very comfortable. I prefer it greatly to the other one I have and now only use this one. Exactly as advertised and described.
