Good quality product. Will probably but the set. I liked to range of exercises and the general design. Also loved the QR codes, checked and so far they all work. Really helpful addition. Box was damaged which was a little disappointing but not worth sending back for.

I use these when I instruct for kickboxing, I choose a few and make that the circuit for training. I love that there colour coded so I can focus on a certain body part easily. Will keep using.

I think they could improve the quality of the drawings, but at least you can use the qr code to watch the short videos. I like their additional exercises on you tube also. Now I just need to start exercising ;)

The product is made really well and comes in its own handy case with a magnet clip closing device, I is easily sorted out into group areas for work outs with clear indications to the level of difficulty, Good training adivice is gilven to start you off. and it is backed up videios to show each move, which is very useful. a very handy useful product to get you moving in the right direction !

These exercise cards are awesome and have a great selection of exercises. The possibilities are endless and make a very good piece to add to your circuit training. Thank you for these and I highly recommend them.

Good quality cards

These cards are easy to use. The QR code linked videos help you understand what you are supposed to do if the movement is new. They are great way to create a varied home workout.

I really enjoyed thses cards esay to understand especially with the video explaining how to do the movement I could feel my self gets more fit and when I went back to the gym i felt more flexible
