I bought these to fight the cold weather during my morning workout. I am 205 lbs and am 5’9”. I’m in between sizes with clothing so I went with a XL size in these compression shirts. They’re great. Not to tight or too loose. Also able to play basketball in them. No regrets.

Bought these for my husband to wear. He loves them. He says they are comfortable, light fitting, and have the great compression feel he was looking for! He does say that they are a little too thin. Other than that he loves them!

I wanted a tight fit for cycling, so I ordered the small (I am 5'10" tall, 148 lbs.). The fit is great on the body and around the neck, actually a bit long on the torso portion, but the sleeves are too short. coming about 2" from my wrist. I am afraid if I had ordered the medium, it would not be a tight fit, so I will live with the short sleeves. They seem well made, much better than the Amazon Essentials offerings, but I have only worn one of the shirts 2 times, so we will see how they hold up. They were a little thicker than I wanted, but still OK. They make a good base layer, with a jersey on top in cool weather, and underneath a heavy riding jacket in colder conditions. I recommend these, but if you want a slightly looser fit and sleeves that reach to your wrist, I recommend getting 1 size larger than recommended for your frame.
