Dan Lesniak provides great tips and great knowledge about what needs to be done in order to get more transactions enclose more transactions, I like his real-world Concepts as opposed to other mentors / trainers that have never actually sold real estate. Dan Lesniak actually does what he preaches, it's comforting to know that an agent is actually utilizing these tools, and these tools can be used by other agents in other regions. I am hopeful to emulate what he has achieved in such a short amount of time in my own market.
