Cruelty free and good for sensitive skin of my kids. Washes well and well worth it

I am allergic to everything. This is the only detergent I can use that doesn't make my skin break out in itchy blisters. It cleans excellent. You may have to run the clothes twice if they have strong odours occasionally, but very rarely. Even though its unscented, the clothes almost always come out smelling fresh. I must say, I have an extremely sensitive olfactory nerve(sense of smell). So the rare occasion the clothes need a second wash, is usually because someone rubbed against me with perfume on, or I overloaded the washer. I try not to but I get caught up cramming stuff in to lessen the pile of waiting laundry. haha. The 5ltr bottle lasts ages because you only need 35 to 50ml per load and it fills the washer with thick foamy suds.

I have sensitive skin and cats with allergies, so this scent free version is great for that., having tried scented Ecover and finding the scent overpowering. The cleaning power isn't amazing, but I usually find that to be the case with most environmentally friendly laundry products. This 5l refill works out a lot cheaper than buying the smaller bottles.

I have been using this product for some years and it works for my sensitive skin - as an 'older' woman it is very important not to use harsh or perfumed products that can cause rashes and itching. I can't always find this zero non-bio version of Ecover in my area, and when I do, I try to buy it when it is on special offer, I am not always successful. I did not realize that I could buy a 5ltr. refill on Amazon and save money at the same time - so not only do I heartily recommend this product, but I also recommend buying it in this cost-cutting way. - and I love that it is delivered straight to my door - how good is that? I have given 5 stars for lack of scent - planet friendly - and gentle on sensitive skin. This is an update on my previous review, I have just received my second 5ltr refill - ( on special offer so double savings) - and I think that it is worth mentioning that the container has a very helpful, easy-pour neck so the liquid does not come glugging out in an uncontrolled way. I pour the detergent into a large cheap plastic jug, kept for the purpose, and then transfer it into old Ecover bottles easily and cleanly.

The product value per litre is really good! I used a this make for over a year now. My daughters skin allergies (hives) have stopped flaring up unlike with other detergents. Highly recommend this supplier and the product!

Switched to Zero Laundry due to skin condition. It contains no chemicals and has no scent. It cleans clothes just like regular washing liquid or powder. My husband is a gardener, so he gets muddy or has grass-stained trousers; Zero Bio makes them clean.
