Has anyone find that it helps improved receding gum or bone loss?

I bought it for that reason. It's not a cure but it has definitely improved the health and condition of my gums and bone loss. I say it slowed it down a good 80%. I use mine 3 times a day. Over all, if your having problems, I'd HIGHLY recommend it and use it religiously! My teeth look GREAT!

Has anyone seen gum regrowth? I am interested in lessening the pockets. They are beginning to happen and 1 tooth is a little deeper can it be reverse

Yes! I had a few 5’s and 4 pockets and after using this and a new water pik- almost all gone-nice healthy pink gums!!

Do I need gel to use with the blue light?

no, you do not need to use the gel. If you want to bleach/whiten your teeth though, you need to use the gel. The lights only will kill oral bacteria and help with pain, sensitivity and receding gums.
