Does this extract have alcohol in it? The description says "Yes" but the picture says "No"

Yes: it also contains glycerin. The dosage shows no alcohol, but when one reads the "other ingredients" it shows there is. I usually purchase non-alcoholic products - but somehow missed this one. But the product is good and performs as expected, though I will purchase non-alcoholic in the future. That is available at Amazon.

why the same product without alcohol is much chieper ?

I don't know why it is cheaper. Alcohol weakens the cellular connection enabling the product to be absorbed more completely, but I do not use any alcoholic products. Dandelion is good for digestion and other things, all of which you can research on the Internet.
