Buckle n’ Go Pet Seat
My dog goes on daily car rides with the family and we needed to find a comfortable seat for her to sit, make room for the other passengers and keep the hair and dirt in one area.I decided to leave this review to show that there are 2 zippers on the door side to allow the dog to jump into the seat on their own. Another review stated they had to lift an older dog over the pet seat and found it difficult since the dog was quite large. Another review said they had to detach the strap on the front headrest each time the dog got in or out. I chose to take a chance after watching some of the videos with a larger dog in them. I’m so glad I did! My 55lb Labrador mix loves it! It took a few treats to coax her in, but she understood the assignment and is enjoying her new seat. I was happy about the zippers so she can get in and out without me having to lift her out.The only issue I had was with the provided seat belt. It wouldn’t work in our Honda Pilot, Honda Accord or Chevy Tahoe. Not a deal breaker. We just used the one we already had. It also seems to keep most of the dog hair and dirt inside the seat. I keep a lint roller and wipes in the door for quick spot cleaning. Not sure how the straps around the headrest will do. I initially made the straps very tight, but I worried it could compromise the fabric. I adjusted and made sure not to over tighten them. So far so good. If they break, I’ll update my review.

Love it!
Upon first getting this car seat I was not a fan because my dog kept jumping over it, but she quickly adjusted and learned to sit in it!I have a 60lb Doberman and she fits perfectly fine and can even lay down in it. I like that the bottom piece is hard as it prevents her from ripping it with her weight whenever I stop while driving. I also appreciate being able to have some space in the back seats now. This fits perfectly in the back seat of my Corolla and I love that it keeps my dog secure in one spot instead of constantly moving around especially when traffic is wild and I’m constantly breaking. My only complaint is when i forget to zip it back up and attempt to close my door the pipe inside the side flap gets caught in the door and stops it from closing.

Easy to use and install
I’ve had this for awhile and I’d say it’s good quality. It’s easy to put in the back seat, but it has to connect to the front seat, so it depends on how far/close someone sits to the stearing wheel. I’m inside of the wheel most times and my car is tiny, so it’s almost like a glove in my car.I just wish my pup would sit in it or want to when we’re going somewhere but she’s squirrelly in the car, and I’ve nearly given up forcing her into it. We’ve had it since she’s was smaller and she seemed pea sized in it. After a few months, she grew and is still a bit small for it. The leash buckle attachment thing has really been helpful when she’s in the car, but it doesn’t seem universal. So it clicks into specific belt locking parts in the car; it doesn’t like my middle seat lock but it likes window passenger locks.I am not sure if it’s all that comfy, the bottom is flat and doesn’t have a cushion. I put a blanket and chew toys down for my pup.TLDR: I like this thing but my dog doesn’t, put it on seat behind driver or front passenger seat. Bring a pup cushion. If your dog likes to move around the back seats(circle, go window to window), this is more like a car seat.

Not sturdy, but fits. Debaiting return.
This item is not as sturdy as the photos make it look. You have to really rely on the seats in the front of the seat you put the dog seat on for it to stay in that “box” looking mode. I’m in the middle of debating whether I should just return it or at least give it a try on our road trip like I originally bought it for. When I set it up, I couldn’t see any option to safely add the seatbelt so it’s either keep my dog in the thing without a seat belt or add the seatbelt but no dog seat. Ridiculous compromise on safety since a seatbelt for dogs is almost as important as it is for humans. Truthfully the only thing that is making me want to keep it is because it fits in the middle back seat of a Chevrolet Silverado with room for both the chairs beside it to have occupants.

Zipper Broke after light use
Pros: easy to set up and take down, folds flat for easy stowing if you have a passengerCons: the zipper broke from my dog's seatbelt pulling on it, there's no lower anchor to keep the dog seat from sliding on the regular seatI got this seat for my dog since we're expecting a baby soon and needed to make room for a car seat. I got to use it three or four times and I initially liked the seat cause it was light, easy to set up, and folded flat when not in use.I started noticing things I didn't like once I first used it, though. I have a 60 lb catahoula, and the first time he jumped up into the seat it slid underneath him, causing him to panic a little and hop clear over the other side. Coaxing him to climb back into the smaller seat that slid around was not an easy task, and could be solved by creating some sort of anchor that could wedge down into the crease between the bottom and back seat cushions. My old dog hammock has what looked like large rubber grab handles that worked extremely well for this.Second, on a long ride when my dog settled and got tired of the scenery, he attempted to curl up in his new seat but the bucket was a little too small for him, and he can make himself very small when he sleeps. He is a medium sized dog and I ordered the appropriate size listed based off his weight, but it was still very small and the walls were still pretty low. Then, after only a few uses, one of the zippers completely separated. The issue is that there's a small hole where you thread the dog's seatbelt through at the two back bottom corners, right at the zipper. There is no closed loop or reinforcement for the seatbelt to pass through, so all tension from the dog pulling on the belt is applied directly to the bottom of the zipper which caused it to fail and separate, making it impossible to close.I would not purchase one of these seats again unless these issues were addressed.
