My Welch Allyn ophthalmoscope stopped working years ago and been so lazy to go to a dealer to fix it. Someone suggested just buying the bulb online and fixing it myself. Bulb was delivered quickly and intact. It works well and it was easy to install.

We bought 4 bulbs for over $80. They came loose in a plastic bag. There is no packaging and there is no writing on the bulbs. They are cheap bulbs bought in bulk and they are advertised as Welch Allyn.

Even though in the questions about this product, it was specifically asked if this was a true welch allyn bulb, IT IS NOT. While it works right now, I may not know for 15 years if it's as good as a true welch allyn bulb or not, since my original welch allyn bulb lasted that long.
