They sent me three flat seals AND three ribbed seals. When I tried the flat ones they didn't seem to fit - they were VERY tight when I installed them on the cutter and put the pieces together. So I filled the jar with water - and it leaked out slowly. Then I tried the ribbed ones. They were almost as tight as the flat ones but they went on the cutter and I reassembled the unit. Then I filled the jar again and left it in a pan in my sink for several hours. When I checked later the pan was dry and all of the water was still in the blender jar.The ribbed seals worked for me. That first one is still in use and it's performing very well. When that stops working I have two more of those seals and I expect either the blender or I will expire before both of those are used. (The original seal lasted over six years, and I don't think either of us will last more than another 15-18 years.)

Arrived 12 days earlier. Rugged gaskets are flexible, not flimsy/not hard, not bad odor. Equals my original B&Decker. No leaks so far, and I use my blender 3 times a day. Great price too!

It fits a little on the small side but I make it work on my blender. For the price, I shouldn't complain though.

Received this product promptly. I only need one but they come in a pack of three, so wasteful in my opinion.
