I got this for two reasons - one to replace the router supplier by a well known telecoms company that is absolutely rubbish, and two for when we go on holiday to places with no wifi to use with a 4g sim card. I work in IT so had no real issues setting up, but it's fair to say the manual could be a lot clearer and bigger so do bear that in mind.I've only carried out a brief test with a sim card, the real test will happen when we go to Wales next year for a week, but as a standard router is working absolutely fine. I was a little disappointed with the signal strength, which seems to be only marginally better than the router it replaced, but I guess that's what you should expect at this price point. At the end of the day it covers our 3 bedroom house OK which I suppose is all that matters.The web interface is a bit "old school" - ie it looks like it could have come from a router from 10 years ago rather than today, but it does the good fine.A decent bit of kit then. My major complaint is the manual is so tiny and hard to read, but as long as you have good eyesight and a rough idea of what you are doing you should be ok!

It only holds 50% charge I got less than 45 minutes of it working during my TikTok live then it died I’m not impressed at all

Out of the box, feels like cheap plastic and thd whole unit quite flimsy. In reality it sits in the corner, does its job and extremely well. Needed minecwhen BT leg the business down and I needed to have WiFi for card payments, the unit never faltered.

Pretty much plug and play. I inserted the sim card and was ready to use. 4 stars because the web interface is from the 90's. Product website is all messed up. No updates.But the only reason I'm returning mine, it's because you cannot received SMS on the router and is something I need.

Working really well

Frustrating.Had this for a week now. Cuts out, at least three times a day. Have to keep resetting. Frustrating when you are watching a film or listening to music. And when you can’t turn the lights on with alexia- ( I’m having trouble connecting to the internet) .Fed up with hearing that.This happens intermittently.Would not recommend this router.Bought because it was cheap and can take 32, users.Save your money and pay a little extra for a decent one.Which is what I intend to do

I originally bought the KuWFi 4G and more recently purchased the Plus model for longer battery life to suit my use case, which is using it in my car paired with a WiFi camera for security purposes. This device is excellent with an extremely long and useful battery life. It’s a great compact size and supremely easy to use. For the price, you can’t go wrong!
