What a unique product. That is both easy and infuriating to work with. lol. The product goes in as a liquid and remains a liquid until it’s exposed to UV light. The kit comes with a small coin sized curing light, but I found that exposure to sunlight after the bind was started, gives the best results. Either good old fashioned sunlight or as I also tried and found a tanning bed works just as good. The claims for the performance are reaching a little, but for an easy, non finger gluing experience, this is a fairly decent product! .

This is very easy to use, though I recommend wearing gloves since it can get a little messy. A single kit lasts me a long time, so I don’t need to repurchase often, which makes it a great value. My only issue is that one batch arrived with some leakage during shipping, and occasionally the epoxy flows out without squeezing, so it takes a little getting used to. Once cured, it dries clear and sets very quickly with the UV light, which makes it perfect for small fixes and craft projects.

I got this because it was UV-cured instead of having to hold/clamp this for curing with another plastic “weld” product from the auto parts store. I have to say I’m impressed. This was sticky and pliable and repaired the windshield pillar on my 98 Dodge Truck that has cracked/shattered due to 24 years of sun exposure (common problem with these trucks). I layered like the directions said but I think I went thicker than I’m supposed to and did just enough to get the pieces to adhere first. Next, I layered on top both above and below until I had a nice small mountain of material, each time I layered I cured. 2 of the 3 metal clips also came loose from their heat welding process at the factory. I welded those on also. I’m hoping to get this to stay in the truck nice and solid. The resin is sticky and some of it (UNcured) got on my kitchen table. The normal household spray to clean the table removed it with ease.

For those who've seen the commercials where this product secures bricks to a wall - yeah it's not really like that. Think of this product as welding with acrylic and you understand what it's good for and what it's not ideally suited for. If you want to glue two pieces of something together it needs to be applied on the outside of a break across the break and you've created a "weld". The glue REQUIRES UV light to harden. Any application must be on the surface. Product dries to a hard plastic consistency and works very well for its intended purpose.

Such a great way to glue things

Love this product. People just have to realize that this is a UV Cure Resin, it is not a glue. In order for the resin to harden the UV light has to shine on all of it. If you put the resin on two halves and press them together, unless they are transparent enough for the light to reach it, the resin in between will not cure. It seems to be the main misunderstanding about this product even after all this time but, it happens. That said both refills arrived in packaging and were sealed fine. I was not happy with the original cartidge which was cracked and constantly leaked. Even shining the UV light around the area where the resin was leaking out would not seal it. Regardless, the resin work wonderfully at repairing cable connectors, BT headset, cracked controller, broken keyboard button, etc...so I gave this another go. These cartidges were perfect, but shortly after opening the first one, it was always leaking from the top. Not a lot, but always a couple of drops when you took the cap off. Nothing major, I just wiped it and always store it upright. So far this product has worked just as well, maybe even better than the original. The first one had a yellowish hue to it, but this one is completely clear. Don't know if it will yellow in sunlight but that does not matter to me for most of my applications. In short, when used as intended it works great. Just remember: Its not a glue.

The two photos let that I have show you that it is the exact same thing and it fits in perfectly it is literally the same thing. But if you notice for those who have the kit there is a foam piece that supposed to line the bottom that foam is gone because for some unknown reason somehow someway via the Tip part all of it leaked out onto that and I had to wash it and throw out the foam thing. That’s why I had to buy a new one to begin with. And of course you can also see there is no applicator tip anywhere to be found Listen this would get five stars from me because it works incredibly I have the actual kit I got from QVC your home shopping club whatever it was and it works as long as you follow the directions on what it supposed to do it works. Now I never used it to do all these crazy things that it says that I can hold into place I tried it on a few things and it does work for that kind of stuff but for little things that you need to glued back together and you don’t want there to be a mess it’s really good. But I’m telling you right now if it wasn’t this product I did not love the product so much I would give it one star or no stars. It came with no applicator tip. And that was the reason why I had to buy a new one to begin with that little pin that you do the applications with it did not come with. I know what you’re going to say buyer beware you should’ve checked everything no I shouldn’t have. The applicator tip should’ve been something standard that comes with that but I didn’t the main reason that I had to buy a new one was because something happened to the tip where you couldn’t keep it on so I threw it out and when I reordered the stuff I expected there to be a tip but there was not so now it’s really a pain because I have to get a very small piece of plastic or a pin and I have to take it out manually. Other than that it’s the exact stuff that you would get when you order the kit. But I just assume that the tip was going to be there and it wasn’t so I don’t use it nearly as much. And again something had happened to the tip part where it wasn’t locking into place and it wasn’t coming out it was coming out the sides so I knew that the tip was one of the problems I just assumed re-ordering the tube would come with a new tip and you didn’t

Ho ricevuto il prodotto che già perdeva il contenuto della colla in quanto rotto alla base (visto il costo non ho avviato azioni di protesta che mi avrebbero certamente fatto perdere più tempo di quanto ho speso). Inoltre una volta utilizzato, seppure con le difficoltà di uno strumento che perdeva colla, non ha incollato i pezzi come invece sostiene la pubblicità. MALE!
