I seldom if ever write a negative review on a product, but have to on this one. The instructions that come with the unit are terrible. The numerous parts that come with the unit are not identified. There should be some type of diagram explaining what the parts are and how they go together. There is not. The instruction manual only identifies the nebulizer mask and nothing else in terms of parts. The video provided on Amazon is almost laughable, as the young woman only shows the on and off switch, and simply talks about what a great unit it is. The video should have shown assembly of the unit. I attempted to find the product on-line, hoping that there would be more information available. I can't even find the company. In fact, there is not a company listed on the documentation, and it can't be found anywhere on the Internet. The documentation states that there is a 2 year warranty, but with no actual company listed, how would one ever make a warranty claim. The documentation says that replacement parts can be ordered, but from where? Amazon, you need to screen you products and companies better that this!

I am unable to review the use of this product at this time. It comes with a poorly written instruction manual and has no parts list to identify the different parts. This makes it impossible to follow the directions to assemble the machine. Most confusing is the direction to install the purple jet. There is nothing purple in the box so I am stuck at this point. I have posted a question, hopefully they will respond quickly.

Putting this together is fairly intuitive, and the pictures/instructions provide reasonable guidance. The compressor unit is not very loud when turned on, so that’s good. The unit is also fairly small at 6.5” wide, 8” high, and 4” deep. It’s also light at just under 3 lbs. The long, flexible tubing is 6’ long. The power cord is a few inches shy of 6’. The compressor unit comes with six off-white, small, round, felt filters with one installed behind the plastic filter compartment to the right of the nebulizer outlet located on the top of the unit. Hopefully, these felt filters are available on Amazon since they have to be replaced every 30 days or when they turn grey, per the instructions. I’m not yet sure what the little grey “button” gizmo is for. It has a rough, abrasive surface. Perhaps for cleaning residue of the tubing? The instructions don’t discuss it. Steam outflow seems good.

This unit is replacing the unit the hospital gave me to use after the hospital took theirs back. Pricing was fair and the quality of this unit is very good. Easy to use. I would recommend this unit to as anyone needing to buy a nebulizer compressor.

This nebulizer was exactly what we were looking for- we wanted to be able to use different tubing for each of our kids (4 months- 5 years old) when they needed treatments, which this allows for. It is also small and plugs into the outlet so we won’t go through lots of batteries.

Broke the one i got from the doctor. This one worked just as good.

This device works perfectly! The packaging was great. This nebulizer works for people of every age. As I mentioned, this nebulizer is portable, you can bring it with you while traveling, it really weights a lot less than I have thought of. Also, this nebulizer was simple to install and easy to use, it also came in with 6 extra filters which could last a long time of use without paying money for extra filters. Overall, I tried this nebulizer myself and it works great, definitely worth the value.
