They don't send insurance policy and deny the claim despite the item being in warranty period. When called they are ready to refund the amount but not accepting the claim.I am going to file a case in consumer forum.Never buy such policies.

picture quality of this 43”TV is poor Needs urgent technical support or replacement urgently..
Received only on 28 th Nov 9am. The picture image and video quality extremely poor. Tried with Asianet cable channels and Amazon Firestick and TV offered videos. Calling Philips technician again to rectify. If not improving clarity and videos , requesting AMAZONE replacement urgently.

Over all Good.
Recently i have added this warrenty for my product. But still i didn't got any issues with that product. So no use. But i felt secured for my product with low amount of money.
