Herb Pharm Milk Thistle Seed Extract for Liver Function Support - 4 Ounce (DMILK04)

I used this tincture for about a month while doing a liver cleanse. It was effective in helping me detox my liver. Cost was great for the amount you get, taste is ok, it has a herby taste along with the alcohol but I like tincture taste so it did not bother me.

Herbpharm is hands down the best milk thistle tincture in my opinion. Our bodies are exposed to so much junk daily and milk thistle is a must have for cleaning out our liver. 💗

doesn’t taste too fabulous but absolutely works. within a couple days of using it i fall asleep easier, wake up easier, & sleep through the night. take care of your liver! this tincture is a great boost for your health.

everyone should take milk thistle, but herb pharm and particular is one of the most reliable brands although for the price I do wish that more came in the bottle. I do feel like I run out of it so quickly, but I don’t even care because I love it so much and like I said it is one of the only brands I trust.

Made my liver healthier. Beeen having a high gamma GT for years as well as high liver enzymes in general. Been tracking these via blood tests and quarterly hospital visits. This milk thistle put my liver enzymes in the right range after 3-4 months use. Especially pleased as my gamma GT had been high for years and is now in the correct range after using this product.

I've been using this product for about 3 months. It was prescribed by my functional nutritionist to help with nutrient absorption. I use about a half of a dropper under my tongue. Taste is a little strong but not that intolerable. It's a high quality product.

Hate to admit this, but until recently, I was a binge boozer. I sometimes wouldn't drink for a month or so but then do 4 or 5 glasses of wine or a few shots in a night out with friends. I am a young 62 but my liver had started complaining when I do this and if you've ever had liver discomfort you know how awful that can be - AND your liver isn't ever supposed to feel like this if its healthy! I had been using Herb Pharm milk thistle because it took away the pain of discomfort within a day and as long as I gave myself a LONG break and took this daily, I felt great! Last month I changed brands because I noticed Herb Pharm contains 2% alcohol and I worried about that, however I found out that not all MT products are the same and with the others MT brands I really didn't feel any benefits from them, even when using it for daily health. So back to Herb Pharm I went. I am NOT encouraging binge drinking or drinking at all, I am just saying this is THE BEST MT I have EVER used in my life and it WORKS for liver inflammation from drinking! I will continue to use this for general health maintenance. Highly recommend!!! Very affordable and You DO get used to the taste :)
