I have Prime... why do I have to pay for shipping?.. is a children's puzzle

If the puzzle doesn't have the prime badge than it is shipping directly from a 3rd party seller's warehouse and not from an Amazon Warehouse. The 3rd Party Seller pays more in shipping than Amazon does. With Amazon being busy with essential items shipping can be faster from a 3rd party seller.
