Too much bass. Muffled highs.
Really disappointed with its sound quality. It sounds very muddy. First I thought it was only the unit I got but I ordered a replacement and it still sounds the same. My cheap earpods has more clarity than this one.On the positives - build quality is really good and it's very comfortable to wear. The mic is also top-notch for the budget. I couldn't figure out if it has cardioid pickup pattern but the audio input is very clear.

Honest review of cosmic bytes G1500
This is a perfect product for gaming and the sound quality is very good if you are a gamer you will find no problem in this headset the voice quality of the mic is very clear and and only one thing is bad about this that there is no aux cable so you have to directly connect it with your PC or console buy USB cable but accept this it is a perfect gaming headset and you can find RGB lighting also in it and there are many colours in it and this looks very beautiful and I love this headset and this is value for money and i bought it for 1700 and I am very happy with this headset and this is a perfect headset as it is not that expensive and it is cheap and the quality of the material that is used is also very good and in the starting maybe you find difficulty wearing it for long time but after sometime it will be ok and the the material is very good and the headset looks solid

Long term update! READ before buying
I purchased it before 1 year . It's really difficult to choose a perfect headphone that fulfill to your all needs. In that time I invested my money on it . Let's talk about the sound quality - QUALITY is pretty ok. I can say that it's quality is below average . You can't use it multimedia consumption. In that quality is very poor. There is no base in it. Sound quality is ok in gaming. At least you can guess that from where the enemy is coming 😂. 7.1 is just a marketing strategy. Doesn't work well in mobile, even in pc also. Gaming- 5.5/10Multimedia- 2/10Microphone quality- decent. No noise cancelation feature in it. (5/10)Build and design- Headphone is totally made of plastic. Wire quality is decent and ear cubs are average. (3.5/10)After 1 years experience- Now lets talk about the main point. After 1 year the headband got loose. Very loose. It's not even fitting me now. When I bow my head a little, it falls from my head . The outer layer of the cushioning is coming out of the cushions. Very bad quality cushioning used in it. The vibration motor sometimes work and sometimes not. It works even after disabling the feature 😂. Rgb lights are ok .Conclusion- My experience says that please don't buy it and change your decision. Go for another one. I'm regretting now.

Not up to the expectations
I used them for like a week and this is my overall review. It might be different from others but this what I felt about the product -1. Cosmic Byte tried to make a budget headphones but it got limited to the asthetics. They could have done a bit more work on the software. The software only has some modes for the headphones- hifi, music, movie and one more I'm forgetting.. although hifi mode is the best in my opinion cause the in other ones the sound was as worst as u could imagine. It was as if the sound was getting muffled and cancelled out. So this point is for cosmic byte u could have done a bit more work there. Also their packaging was really minimal which is good for me.2. It feels comfortable when worn at first but it gets heavier and heavier and heavier with time. Eventually giving u a headache. This is because it's earheads are way too big almost the size of my palm(and mind u my hand is bigger than most of u) just because of asthetics. It becomes a really big issue for specs users because it will be pressing the legs of the specs which really uncomfortable for long run.3. At first glance u feel like it has a really cool feature which is vibration but I would tell you from experience that it was very irritating. It becomes a headache after sometime, all that vibration in your ears. Worst experience. Although it gives a boost to bass but worst for long time gaming sessions.4. Music...hmmmm it's a bit heated topic when u r trying to buy headphones. Now let's first talk about these. So I listen to music alot but the thing is I didn't find anything special while listening on g1500. I have an amazing experience with boAt 141 on the basis of sound so if you r looking for nyc and amazing looking with great sound quality, all rounder wireless buds you should definitely go for it. They are great for long gaming sessions and even much more comfortable than any headphone. Anyways I m not here to promote a product..................................Solution --1. If u want all rounder headphones for both music and gaming also movies etc. you should definitely buy boAt 141- u will not regret it.2. If ur are fixed on buying wired headphones only, then go for eksa e900. Don't go for Redgear Cosmo 7.1. I know that the issue is that Cosmo is surround sound but e900 is not. But but Cosmo is not actually surround sound it's just virtual which not really affective. It's my personal opinion that virtual surround sound doesn't make a difference. The real surround sound headphones starting from 4k do make a difference. So this virtual surround sound shit is just a bluff. Also Cosmo are way heavier and much more uncomfortable than e900.Another point that redgear Cosmo 7.1 are usb type so they can not be used on phones completely. I kn I kn u can use otg but what is the use when u don't get the actual quality.Eksa e900 have the most minimal asthetics can be used on an platform. Have great sound quality from gaming to watching anime to enjoying music. Overall experience is next to flawless.
