Renewed printer comes without an ink cartridge
This is an excellent refurbished printer and has been working great--after we realized belatedly that the printer did not come with an ink cartridge that must be purchased separately. None of this information was included in the description of the printer. We contacted the seller, who explained that ink cartridges are separate but went ahead and shipped an ink cartridge for us. This is a great printer for businesses but just be aware that you need to buy the ink cartridges separately.
