YOU HAVE TO BE COMMITTED TO QUITTING
I think this could be a very good buy, but it has to be for someone who is more committed to quitting than I apparently am. I had so much trouble staying awake while listening to this CD, but I think It would help some people. Not for me, but maybe for someone else.

This worked awesome! Within 2 weeks of using this CD once a night I have stopped smoking completely and the idea completely disgusts me now. I am so happy this worked for me and I hope it works for others!

The CD did make my cigarettes taste terrible
With this CD, The cigarettes make me very nautious, but I have not quit. With a past CD I had from another source after listening to it for 7 days I had quit. Woke up one morning and never wanted another cigarette. Unfortunately it got a skip in it so I ordered this one but not sucessful

Helping Me Quit
At first I didn't think this hypnosis CD would work. When I first started listening to it the simplicity of the words seemed too easy. I have never been hypnotized and still don't really know if I was, but I was very relaxed and quit smoking. All I know is that I noticed a definite difference in how a cigarette tasted. It was like I was licking an ashtray. I have had a setback, but I believe it was only due to not continuing to listen to the CD. I will post a followup in a few more days to see how it goes.

excellent. The best I have tried. Hits on every aspect of the dangers of smoking,the awful smell and how much better you feel,smell and really taste your food after quitting.He walks you through a vision of everything dripping brown nicotine. He really did his research.And his voice is soothing to listen to and relaxes you into a state where you are half asleep but you comprehend everything and it stays with you afterwards.
