Universal 74222 30-Sheet Two-Hole Punch, 9/32-Inch Holes, Black

I purchased this paper punch on one of those special sale days. I have a problem reading some of my reports if they are punched on the side. This little beauty makes two hole punches on the top.With this I also purchased The Smead classic fastener folders. I hate when papers fall out of my folders and I have to try to resort. This holds them in place. There are tabs that hold papers on both sides. The punch has a paper guide so that you can make sure that the holes on the top are centered. The minus of course is that these pages now have holes in the top. Worthwhile trade off in my opinion. Easy to use, it doesn't take a lot of room on my desk, and it fulfills a gap in my paper work organization. I really like it.

Same quality as brands in Office Depot and Staples, but a fraction of the price. It does require umph than a high quality puncher, but this does the job very well. I've had problems in the past with correct spacing for the holes in order for the paper to be centered in the folder, but this one was great!

This is a common item in offices. We haven't had to replace any for 10+ years. I bought this one to replace one where someone lost the bottom thingy that holds all the little cut outs. Every time we filed, there was a shower of little OOOOOs all over the carpet.This one should last another 10+ years unless someone does something weird with the bottom thingy again. It's comparable or better to any you would buy at Office Depot, Staples, or Quill. I was amazed to find Amazon had the best price and free shipping. Check out Amazon for other office products and be pleasantly surprised like I was.

I have seen these at a much higher price. I had a few misgivings because it was priced so low; I thought it might be too flimsy, but at this price I was willing to take a chance. I'm glad I did. It is sturdy and does the job as well as the more expensive ones. Would definitely buy again.

This might seem weird or funny to US residents but for those of us living outside the United States it's important to know that this products punches US size holes. This is sometimes necessary when submitting documents to institutions in the US and using US stationary.Otherwise, this is a well made product which seems like it will last.

I use mine at work. I wasn't expecting much but this hole puncher is very sturdy & it works great. I'm so glad I bought it. If I had a need for one at home I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.

It's sort of hard to get excited about a hole punch, so forgive my lack of enthusiasm. This hole punch is just what it claims to be: a well-made usable office tool -- nothing more, yet nothing less. It does the job and seems sturdy enough to last a long time. If you need a 2-hole punch, this one should do the job for you. A few people doing business with international offices may want to know, however, that the standard 2-hole files used in England and much of Europe are of a different size, and the holes made by this punch will not fit their folders.

What can I say? Works just like it's supposed to. It came when promised and in great shape. I use these along with 2 hole top pronged folders to keep client documents both secure and accessible. My only (tiny) issue was figuring out how to install the metal ruled paper guide into place. It took 5 seconds once I figured out how the spring was supposed to be placed. I feel like including a very simple paper diagram would help overcome this.All in all, I would absolutely purchase again as it is exactly what I was looking for. And the price was reasonable.
