Are they wired in series or parallel? In other words, can one remove bulbs and they continue working?

Yes, remove 1 and the rest continue to stay on.

Someone posyed that they only last 3 months. Is that true?

Yes it’s true. We installed ours in November and 8 of the 24 bulbs are out.

The strand is plastic. The bulbs are glass.

Can I dim these string lights with a wall dimmer switch and which type of wall switch?

Hi, please find link below, these can be dimmed only by SUNTHIN dimmer. https://www.amazon.com/SUNTHIN-Wireless-Distance-Incandescent-Included/dp/B07W613J7P/ref=sr_1_25?dchild=1&m=A1332HU59Q57NY&marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER&qid=1586052392&s=merchant-items&sr=1-25
