Q: May I have a size 44/32 or 46/32 on men pants

You should be able to, I got a 35/ 30 and it a little big but I make it work. because I was told to get a size up, but that's not true. So click the drop-down arrow on size and get what you need man.

Great question. I had the same question as you. I had signed up for the personal styler and try before you buy program. These pants were part of an outfit she had picked out. I was not impressed with the full outfit and really had 0 opinion about the pants other than they seemed pricey. I thought I had canceled the order and the styler. Couple of days later and it shows up. I decided I would try it on and take a picture to at least show the people I had told about the horrible outfit. These pants are the most comfortable I have ever owned. Fit perfectly. Nice looking and made very well. I kid you not. I would have never thought for Kakis 60-70$ would be worth it. They really are.

Q: Is the leg opening big enough to wear cowboy boots?

These do have stretch to them, and I do think you could wear cowboy boots with them.

Q: How much shrinkage is there in these paints?

If washed according to the care instructions, there should not be shrinkage.
