HDE 128MB (2048 Blocks) Black Memory Card for Nintendo GameCube or Wii

I am so satisfied w/ this memory card that I got for my gamecube. I needed one that has a lot of space cause if you get a gamecube you need a memory card that has a lot of space for your games to be stored in when you save & sometimes depends on the games like the sims for example, you need space to play cause if you a 4mb,10mb or even a 16mb, they do not have enough space to even store your whole game maybe bout quarter or half of it. But, I had no issues w/ it at all. Works like a charm & it's super affordable. I never new that there was a memory card that has so much space to it to the point where you just need this one, no more struggling in looking for them cause in certain websites or gamestop don't always have (If you're lucky) a 34mb or 64mb. So, definitely get this one. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

I recently dusted off my old Gamecube so that my daughter could play; I am going to be getting a Wii around Christmas (shhhh, don’t tell my daughter). Thanks to Navi’s incessant “hey listens,” I ended up using all of the space on my old storage card. I forget how many blocks that thing came with, but it was not many at all. I figured I would get a new one about the same size not realizing a) the Wii uses the same cards and b) the technology has advanced a ton. I bought this 128 Mb card with over 2000 blocks for under $10.It works absolutely fine, just as I would expect or hope. Now we are able to play all of our classic games and can actually *save* those, too. Now games like Super Mario Sunshine and Cars - Gamecube are safe and we don’t have to just start from scratch. I also will be able to use this when we upgrade in the next couple of months. Overall, very happy with this *cheap* card.

I’m writing this review after only using this memory card for two days. I will surely update if anything changes as time goes on. I wanted a cheap GameCube memory card so I could indulge in my nostalgia and play a few Harvest Moon games on my Wii. Received this right on time and absolutely no issues. I was a little nervous buying a bit of a cheaper product but after looking at reviews decided to dive in. I can’t attest much to the space only because I intend to only have about 3 save files on this card so the memory it actually has didn’t matter much to me. If you’re looking for a cheaper memory card, I’d definitely say to give this one a go.

I first tried to use this card in my Wii but the system didn't recognize it. Frustrated I hooked up my GameCube and got it to work after tinkering. Not only did the card have to be put in before the system was turned on but after being used with a GameCube it was recognized by my Wii. Although getting it to work initially was frustrating it's working fine now. overall, it's doing what it is supposed to.

I have been concerned over preserving the games of my childhood on my favorite console: the Nintendo GameCube. I bought this memory card with Sonic Adventure DX, figuring I should go ahead and put the two together. My first memory card sometimes didn't have the blocks or save slots I needed, so I got this thinking that it would be the same size. I was delighted to find I was wrong! It has plenty of blocks, and a good amount of save slots. It did look a bit 'off' when I first got it, because it does not look like the one that comes with the GameCube originally, but it definitely works, and you get used to how it looks. I tested it with some games, and it saves just fine, no if', and's, or but's.

This works great! I’ve been looking for a memory card for my gamecube since the one I have is full and I don’t want to delete anything. This memory card has a lot of room, so I only really need this one memory card for all my games.When I was reading the reviews for this, I was a little skeptical considering that I read some that talked about it being corrupted and deleting the saved files, but that’s not the case. I’ve had this for about a week and it’s perfectly fine.I definitely recommend this for people who are looking for a memory card for the gamecube.

This product is garbage! Do not waste your time getting this memory card. It didn't work whatsoever, I tried to format it multiple times but it's didn't work. On top of that, I couldn't get a replacement for the item nor could I return it. Luckily Amazon always comes to save the day and will be dealing with this situation. However I am still extremely disappointed. Don't spend your money on this memory card. Look for another one.

My brother and I played all sorts of games on the gamecube when we were younger. Now we've moved out of the house, gotten houses of our own, and taken the 'cube and Wii with us. Yes, it works in both my Wii and the Gamecube. I copied over all of my brother's game saves to give him as a birthday present. Our initial memory card supply was limited to the technology available at the time. When I plugged this card in my mouth fell open at the size comparison.2048 blocks is huge.I would compare it to walking into a studio flat for the first time after living in a broom closet. Suddenly everything you ever wanted can fit in your life, and having friends over or copying their game saves is easily within reach. Alright so the metaphor broke down by the end of that but do you know what didn't? This memory card.

Lei algunas opiniones que no servia en Gamecube, pero yo lo estuve probando ya por dos dias y sigue funcionando sin problemas, ya he guardado tres juegos y tengo todavia mas espacio! El costo es excelente ya que es muy dificil conseguir una memoria para la consola orginal!

I can save all of my Gamecube games on just this one memory card, and I love that! What else to say about it but that it's a great product that does its job pretty great?

Works very well after 6 mo of use. Great value from these cards, and the text on top gets hidden inside of the GameCube so it looks great too!
