Great result once set up.
It takes a little getting used to. I sharpened several 10 " and 12 " blades. Some were fine finish and others were a more aggressive blade. Each set up was different and took patience and experience to set up correctly. Knobs to tighten and loosen adjustments would help a lot. Tooling provided does work. Bottom line is this machine can do the job and the end result is good to great. Excellent value!

Save money by sharpening your old blades
Was skeptical about this but it seems to sharpen the blades without issue. Have used it now to sharpen several blades just to see how well it would do. Surprised it was easy to set up and figure out how to use. Started out on an old blade from a dewalt 18V saw since it was 20 years old. Cut a piece of plywood first then removed the blade/Sharpened and re-installed. Actually cut better after. Probably not as good as a new factory saw would but for a sharpened blade it worked well. Second blade I sharpened was from an old black & Decker corded saw. Second blade same test first before sharpening and then following sharpening. was able to get the B&D Blade even sharper than the Dewalt blade. Looking forward to using on my chop saw and table saw when the blades start running down a bit to keep them cutting like new. Great option to buying expensive blades and not that hard to figure out how to use. Note: start with and old inexpensive blade to figure out how to use it first. then move on to the more expensive blades is the way to go I Think.

Good idea, but not well put together and poor instructions
It's an excellent idea and design, but the instructions don't tell you the important stuff and they used the wrong spring for the stop gauge. As per the photo, you'd have to use your allen wrench through the hole in the adjustment shaft to tighten it up or your adjustments will keep loosening up on you. Keep everything as tight as you can. Second, the spring for the stop lever is to short on one side and keeps popping off of the flap which makes it useless so I have to run into town tomorrow for a better spring with longer leads

Works ok...
Tried WD40 on the sliding section. It would slide good for about three cuts, then I had to spray again. Maybe I'll try 3in1 oil.

Harbor freight quality or lower
Very, very, very cheaply made. The adjustment controls are clunky and incredibly imprecise. No adjustment holds it's value throughout operation. The entire motor trolly has an incredible amount of lateral movement when locked down and adds a variability of +/-6° of face ground and +/-3° kirf angle to each movent. This is unacceptable for anything more than a disposable caliber blade for which a sharpener is not necessary.
