you need to conect only once if you unplug its show in app offline when you plug back its conected automaticly, my ones working on timer and there is no problem.

Can you plug two heat matts into this?

Hi. In terms of the maximum load of this unit, I copied this from the Amazon page: Maximum total output load: 2200W(220V)/2400 W (240 V), 10A. So, in order to connect 2 or more heat mats to the output, it will probably be easiest to use a plug adapter, just so long as the total power doesn't exceed the above figure. I hope that helps, but if not, please feel free to enquire again.

Assuming you plug an immersion heater into one of the two sockets, can you switch the unit on and off remotely using the app on your phone? thanks

Hi, You only can change the ideal temperature range to let the ITC-308-WIFI temperature controller to turn on/ turn off the heater. But can not turn on/ turn off the heater by the INKBIRD APP directly. Hope our answer can help you a bit.
