OK so the pros first:1) It really is very simple to set up and get going (once the terrible and dangerous adaptor, which arcs and smokes, is binned)2) The user interface really is very good.3) The price, compared to the rest of the market, is very good.Now the cons:1) If, like me, you sleep on your front or your side, you CANNOT use this (contrary to what they say in the blurb). It's not just torturously painful, the mask just comes off. Sadly, unless you can sleep on your back AND you don't move too much during the night, this is useless.2) There is no valve to allow your exhaled air out; it just goes back up the inlet pipe. This means you either have to try and exhale through your mouth (which you can't because that defies the objective of CPAP), or you quite rapidly become hypercapnic and it feels like you're rebreathing from a plastic bag. This problem could be rectified fairly easily with a better mask system.3) It is noisy. Not super noisy, but enough to keep you awake.Given that the cons hugely outweigh the pros, it isn't fit for purpose and I have to return it.

My partner an myself were struggling because of my snoring. My partner would wake me 3 - 4 times a night and I would wake myself snoring more than that. My sleep quality was terrible and I felt awful all the time. After using this for the first time my snoring completely stopped and I am writing this review at 8am totally refreshed after having one of the best sleeps in decades.The mask is awkward to assemble with the strap, but after getting it right, I was able to sleep comfortably on my back and side, with no problems at all.I would recommend this to anyone who snores heavily or suspects sleep apnea, as I did myself.

Fantastic machine. Easy to use, easy to maintain. Instructions are transparent and the device is easy to set up to your personal preference.

It’s a hefty lay out with the cost however if it lasts as long as my last one it will be more than worth it.Well designed extremely quiet when running, good clear instructions and easy set up, compact with a sturdy carry case

I reported that the air pressure was insufficient. I needed to know how to increase it but the response I got was indecipherable. I was then asked to send photos of the screens I was looking at and after 2 attempts sent them. I have still not had a response. This product may prevent snoring but is inadequate for the prevention of apnoea episodes.

Took a while to get settings right. Trial and error. Bought a pillow mask in the end. Works perfectly. Better sleep. Feel rested. Partner having undisturbed nights too. Small enough to take travelling.

This machine does exactly what I wanted it to do, which was to stop my snoring and help me to get a better sleep.It took a bit of getting used to, as do all cpap machines, but it was worth persevering.The service and communication from the seller is exemplary.Would recommend for anyone with a snoring problem.
