EDIT/Update: so here we are several months post installation. I’m changing my review from 4 to 5 stars. It’s March 3. I’ve had the protector on since June of last year. It’s been the best glass I’ve had and I’ve had iPhones since the day the came out in ‘07. I dropped my phone today flat on its face. The protector now has a slight crack in it but it did it’s job protecting my phone screen. I came here today to order a replacement. I highly recommend this just don’t forget to practice patience when installing the protector.Original review:I can’t comment on the longevity of the item yet as I just installed it. My iPhone 11 Pro Max screen was all scratched and there were even a few micro gouges. I wasn’t taking care of it well because I couldn’t find a worthwhile protector and was sick of shelling out $5 here, $5 there for a cheapy protector. I didn’t know this brand existed until I found someone in a different review mention this brand so despite the price, I decided to give it a shot. Hopefully it’s the last one I buy (until I totally break the phone)So far, it’s the best screen protector I’ve ever purchased. I even bought the sameBrand for my Apple Watch. The installation was a little cumbersome but really not that difficult at all. Practice patience! They give you everything and then some and there is even a video to guide you so you don’t have to read. The instruction video is right in the product images. Super easy to access too.I installed the item last night so only time will tell I regards to its longevity but my screen isn’t scratched anymore, my screen is far better protected than it was and my screen even feels amazing to the touch!I’d give this a 5 star BUT the product is a bit wasteful. I’m no environmentalist but c’mon I don’t need everything to be disposable. if say you have 3 of the same phones, you would have to buy 3 separate kits. Seems very wasteful since you get a frame and UV light that could be re-used. Just sell the glass and adhesive components separately. Otherwise this is almost a 5 star and I don’t usually rate things that high if I can even be bothered to write the review. I took the time for this one! 👍

This is an amazing overall product. I have to admit that I only bought it for the liquid adhesive and applicator kit. I actually used it to install a sapphire screen protector from another manufacturer.The adhesion process is fairly tricky to do, even though the instructions are pretty straight forward. I’m sure that they put two bottles of adhesive in for a good reason because I have yet to read a review that says someone did it right the first time. The tray was a perfect fit but the placement of the phone wasn’t where I expected it to fit (there are dimples in the bottom tray and you have to slightly slide the phone upward to get it to lock in place).The biggest issue is that you have to make sure the surface you place the kit on is LEVEL. I can’t stress enough how important it is. I think mine was slanted by one or two degrees, but that was enough to keep the liquid from adhering to the whole screen. Even after wiping off the entire surface of the screen protector and phone to redo the process, I still had to slide the screen around slightly to ensure the bubbles went away.Overall, I was extremely pleased with the results of the liquid adhesive. However, unless you are very precise and detail-oriented, I say leave the installation to a professional. I also recommend that either 1) the manufacturers put a leveling attachment on the tray or 2) instruct the customer use a bubble level when installing the screen protector.With all that said, great product.

I ordered this product because I am gifting an iPhone 11PMax to a person with special needs today, and wanted to try and give it maximum protection in advance.The marketing language is compelling.The reality is that this product is DIFFICULT to install correctly, and IMPOSSIBLE to reinstall once you screw it up. You get ONE shot at this, and if you fail, it's over. At least regular screen protectors cost you a few bucks each and they give you 2-3 in a box, so no big deal if that happens. Not so here.The two main problems with this product:1) the English instructions are written HORRENDOUSLY. Here are a couple of direct quotes for your enjoyment:Opening statement: "after wipe the front and side of the device using the alcohol cleaner and cleaning cloth, and insert the device in center by aligning the speaker part of the device with the direction of the speaker on the bottom tray"Or this one: "inserted the each absorption pad on the left and right..."It goes on and on. Looks like they used Google Translate for this. Needless to say, the instructions are in a TINY booklet that require young, strong eyes to read. Having neither of these, and needing reading glasses, it became impossible to rely on their manual (I had to take photos and enlarge them to be able to read at all). And it's not like the box isn't big enough to include a large, illustrated, easy to understand instruction sheet. It sure is - it's massive box for a screen protector.In the end, I just went and looked for an installation video. Which leads me to the REAL problem with this product:2) if you screw this up, it's a total loss. Do you see the picture? this is what happens if your alignment ISN'T in fact perfect. Do you see all the marketing material about how their "alignment device" ensures a "perfect fit"? Well, guess what: it does NOT, in fact, do that. You CAN - and very well might, like I did - end up with a misaligned screen. Thing is, they use an actual glue to put the screen on, so when you take it off to fix it, you end up with glue residue, little bits stuck to the screen, and so on and so forth. These are not possible to remove, not even with an alcohol wipe.See the picture.Clearly, if you are very careful, and do a PERFECT job in aligning your phone inside their complicated device that doesn't really work very well because it ISN'T, in fact, tight enough to ensure a perfect fit, then you might end up with a really well-protected phone. I wouldn't know. I screwed up my one chance to find out.But I wanted to write this as a warning to other flawed humans out there like me - leave this one for the perfect people.

Wish I found this sooner….My iPhone was scratched really badly. This made the scratches disappear and as a protector, hasn’t damaged since putting it on.It’s a bit daunting out of the pack, but instal is easy if you watch the video. Top product!

I've ran these on other phones and is the only screen saver I'll use now. The one I got for my iPhone 11 pro max was also in a rebranded XS max box, was worried at first after reading reviews on here. I opened it and placed my phone in the tray and it fit perfect so went ahead with the install that also went perfect. Not sure what others that gave 1 star and complained about it being a XS re-branded item problem was, but I'd venture to guess that they would have had problems with the install regardless, or just saw the label and didn't even try a test fit.The install of this screen saver is more involved and time consuming, thus might not be for everyone, but well worth the end results if you are willing to study the instructions and watch a couple install videos. I've personally never had a problem installing them, including this latest one on my 11 Pro Max.

I was given by my job a used iPhone with lots of nasty and deep scratches. The liquid adhesive went in all of those scratches, giving the impression that the phone is brand new. It saved my sanity, those scratches were driving me mad!

Takes a bit of effort to get right, this is my 3rd phone with this protector, works fine with iPhones but struggled with note 10 fingerprint reader under screen so ripped it off that phone and used a film
