TWSBI Eco Transparent Blue Fountain Pen - Fine Nib

Very smooth writing experience, glides on the paper and beautiful pen. But as I am used to Pilot, Platinum fine and Lamy extra fine this Jowo #4 fine nib feels a bit broader than those. Even getting tiny bits of sheen with Waterman Serenity Blue.

I used lamy and waterman earlier. This nib is somewhere between Lamy fine & medium nibs, the most perfect for my handwriting. I am a doctor & this literally glides even on the thinnest hospital papers. More smooth & looks amazing. Not going back to lamy !

This has turned out to be my favorite of all the fountain pens. The nib is so smooth, it beats a pilot 823. The transparent body with the blue cap looks so beautiful when filled with ink. I have filled it with pilot iroshizuku yama-budo ink, basically dark purple.

I use lamb fountain pen but I must say it is the smoothest nib.Look wise it is so good that I am not able to keep my eyes away from it.Finally I say price is to high but quality compensate it.

It's a great pen...... writing is smooth..amazing.....my suggestion go with a fine nib.....you might find extrafine a bit scratchy.....ink flow is great....never skips....writes amazing on any paper.....pair it with any Waterman or pelikan inks and you will be suprised....provider is amazing....great packaging....and great job Amazon for early delivery.....I agree some people may find it a bit pricy side......I was the same at the time of buying....but trust me...one you experienced it you will not be dissatisfied.......

One of the best fountain pens I have found as a daily writer. I have always carry a fountain pen as my daily pen because I have to document my activities in great detail. Of course, like most of us I run out of ink at the most inappropriate times. But now, I no longer have to stick cartridges in my truck, wife's car, my carry bag, my work desk, coat pockets, or other places around my work and home to ensure I have a ink cartridge ready when I need one. This pen holds a tremendous amount of ink with the ink level clearly shown since the barrel is clear. I ordered my ECO with a fine nib which seems to lean more towards a medium. A smooth writer on a variety of paper forms I complete each day. If you are looking for a workhorse pen you can use everyday I would recommend you give the ECO a try, I think its the best and most cost effective pen around if you write a lot during the day.

Great pen, lovely colour, huge ink container and fab to see the ink through the barrel. Love it!

Una penna davvero ottima. A partire dalla confezione si nota che è costruita con materiali di buona qualità. La penna poi è con caricamento a stantuffo, che per il prezzo è davvero una rarità. Il pennino scorre benissimo. Insomma, davvero un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Arrivata nei tempi senza nessun problema.

Il prodotto si presenta in una bella confezione cartonata, che copre la scatola in plastica satinata.All'interno oltre alla penna c'é il foglietto delle istruzioni per la carica e per la pulizia, ed il kit dedicato a quest'ultima operazione, che include una chiave per estrarre il pistone ed un contenitore di grasso per lubrificarlo.Ma veniamo alla penna. La costruzione è decisamente solida e ben fatta e da un senso di robustezza.L'estetica è puramente soggettiva quindi non c'é da dire molto.Per quanto riguarda la scrittura... sembra di pattinare sul ghiaccio!Nessun attrito con la carta (sia su un quaderno Claire Fontaine che su un quaderno normale), nessuna sensazione "graffiante" nonostante il pennino F.Insomma pienamente soddisfatto!Consiglio il prodotto perché nonostante faccia parte di una linea "Economica" è di ottima qualità.Magari meno adatto come prima penna stilografica per via del caricamento a stantuffo.
