Refreshing drink
I wasn't sure what to expect with this item and was quite surprised by the size of the package when it arrived (ooh err missus!). There was a large well sealed package with long stems of plant with flower tops? It looked like no other tea I had used before and there were no instructions on how to brew it so needed to resort to the internet to find out what to do with it. Having found out what to do I brewed my first cup and have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the flavour and how refreshing it was. It smells pleasant too. I also found out that you can use the stems and flowers 2-3 times (just dry them out in between) although I did find it got significantly weaker on the 3rd use. Although it wasn't very expensive, having successive brews from the stems made it even better value for money. It's certainly not your usual run of the mill Tetley type tea but an interesting and different drink. It won't be to everyone's taste but if you're open to trying something different then give this a go.

So delicious and beautiful
The bag is tightly packed with stems, leaves and flowers of this lovely, delicious herbal tea plant. I never expected to see quality and quantity so perfectly combined. I’ve enjoyed this tea so much, hot in evening, and as iced tea by pouring leftovers into a tall glass to enjoy the next afternoon - very refreshing. I either use two or three full stems with the flower heads in a teapot to make two or three cups of tea, or use one full stem with flowers in a tea filter bag for one easy cup of tea with no straining needed when I’m feeling lazy. I steep the tea for at least five minutes , but longer if I’m not in a hurry to drink it. It can even be reused the next day to steep again. The flavour is lovely, with a sweetness and flavour that I can’t describe, but really enjoy. Really delicious, and according to what I’ve read online, also very beneficial. I’m hooked!

Great quality and amazing taste, addictive without the caffeine!
This was the cheapest on Amazon at the time I had purchased, organic and simply advertised, so caught my eye. I had tried Greek Mountain tea in a Greek restaurant, it was so good, I had to order some for myself. I bought about 2kg of it! Everyone at home loves it, the flavour is as light or as strong as you want it. There is no caffiene. The tea has a very refereshing taste, if you have it in the morning, it's rejuvenating, if you have it in the evening, it's calming. Also lovely as an afternoon tea after lunch. To get the best flavour and use out of it, use it whole, stem and all. I give it a rinse, break in to a few bits, pop in to my mug, pour the hot water, leave to brew for a couple minutes, then drink. Amazing thing is, you can reuse the leaves at least 2-3 times and the flavour is even bettter. Just leave the leaves in your mug/teapot, and just pour water in again when you're ready. A little goes a long way. I would say one stem is good for one mug 2 times, possibly a 3rd. Shared with friends who all love it. Each 100g pack comes packed and wrapped with bubble wrap to protect. Well worth trying. Tried other brands since, this one is the best for flavour, and frangrance.

Pleasant alternative to Green Tea!!
This tea has a beautiful amber colour when brewed and has a light delicate flavour with a hint of lemon. There are no instructions on how to make the tea, but I stalk with its leaves and flowers is enough for 800ml of water boiled to 80C. Again there is no information regarding this but water boiled to 100C can destroy important nutrients present in herbal teas. Use water just of the boil if your kettle's temperature cannot be adjusted. It really isn't important how strong you make the tea or for how long you leave it to steep as it never gets bitter or has the astrigency that you get with Green Tea. This Mountain Tea also tastes good when mixed with mint, sage or linden flowers and sweetened with a little light honey. A friend from Greece told me that the leaves and stalks can be used two to three times over as long as you get a decent amber colour. Blot most of the water out of the tea using some kitchen towel and keep it in the some foil or cling film in the fridge until you want to use it again. This tea seems much more costly than the standard herbal supermarket varieties we buy and drink on a regular basis, but the quality and nutritional benefits of this Mountain Tea far outweigh the others and for that alone it's worth every penny.
