Very good shower head (each setting detailed here)
This shower head has met all expectations. While water pressure is definitely dependent on your environment (i.e. it is specific to your house), this shower head has no issues with restriction. The installation was really easy and it even came with its own little role of plumbers tape! I bought one and was happy with it so I bought another for my other shower. Some of the unit (and the hose) are metal, but there are some plastic parts too (the connection to the pipe for example). Not the fanciest but cannot beat the quality for the price. Each setting detailed:1) Power Rain (outer most holes) - This is the setting we use it on for 95% of the time. It is a fairly typical shower, with all jets pointing straight (not must side spray).2) Pulsating Massage (center holes) - The three center holes let out hard streams of water. I did not notice a lot of pulsating, but it may just be me. This mode is good for getting deep into hair (especially long hair)3) Hydrating Mist (middle holes) - This mode lets out quite a bit of 'mist'. I put mist in quotes because it lets out quite a bit of water, enough to soak something rather quickly (granted it is less water than the other modes).4/5) Rain/Massage, Rain/Mist - These are mixtures of the two modes. In my experience the Rain/Massage was too weak (could be i dont have enough pressure) and the Rain/Mist just made a mess (lots of water spraying to the sides).6) Water-saving Economy Rain - Kind of a waste of an option if you ask me. It is exactly what it sounds like, a low flow version of the rain setting.7) Pause Mode - Not sure why this is listed as a setting, because it is not on the settings dial. There is a switch on the handle that cuts off MOST of the water. I am not sure if this was intentional but both of the units I have let out a little water in pause mode. This mode is definitely useful when trying to do something in the shower (shave, etc.). I would compare the amount of water coming out to the amount of water that leaks out of the head of a shower a second after you turn the shower off.

This thing is fantastic
I had wanted to buy a handheld shower head for years, having had one before and remembering how much easier it made cleaning the shower. My husband was very reluctant, citing numerous concerns such as being unable to adjust the angle of the spray - a concern since he's very tall and I'm very not. After my dog and I recently shared several unpleasant bathing experiences, I decided that since I was typically the one at home cleaning the tub and dealing with whatever the dogs manage to roll themselves, he could deal with a little experiment.I ordered the thing and installed it myself, which was pretty simple. My only complaint was that it only came with 2 washers and I ended up needing 3 (one at the wall, one at the base of the hose, and one for the head). Wasn't a real problem for me, though, because I just took one out of our previous shower head. I will add that though I am handy enough, I am not super mechanically-inclined and had never done this particular task before, so I appreciated how easy it was. I didn't even mention it to my husband until the next day, after he'd used it. Let's just say he grinned to my "I told you so."It works great, with a choice of several water pressures. I love that I can turn it down to a trickle when rinsing my dog's face then turn it to a spray when hosing down the tub. It's got a water saving filter that you can remove if you want, but we actually find the reduced water pressure more comfortable. You can adjust the angle of the spray very easily, but we no longer even worry much about that because it's now angled high enough that we don't have to adjust it between showers based on our height difference. It's cheap, works great, and we love it!

Nice and easy to install
I bought this about a month ago after my old handheld showerhead started leaking. When I opened the package to this showerhead, I noticed that it came with a small spool of plumbers tape, as well as clear directions about how and when to use it, if needed. It turned out I didn't need it, as there were no leaks. As far as installation, it was very easy. The directions made it easy to install, and all you are really doing is screwing the pieces together after pushing the rubber gaskets into the appropriate places. The showerhead itself looks nice, but you can tell it's not that expensive when you pick it up. It's not heavy at all, giving it a sort of cheap feel, but honestly I prefer it to be lightweight because if I drop it accidentally, I don't have to worry about getting hurt. Although it feels a little cheap, it is sturdy. I don't feel like it would break or any of the pieces would break off. The pause button doesn't exactly pause the water flow, but it does stop the spray of water. You just end up getting a small waterfall at the bottom of the showerhead, but it's nothing that gets in your way. It is a nice feature for people who have a small stand-up shower and need to stop the shower spray to shave their legs or underarms. Instead of having to turn off the shower completely, they could just pause the flow. The price is really good for the product. I feel like this is a better deal than the other one I bought for $44. The different spray options are nice, and although lots of reviewers said that the water pressure was reduced, I didn't notice a problem.
