Cosrx Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence

I was totally a non believer in the glass skin concept thinking it's just marketing gimmicks. but decided to try this snail mucin on my hyper pigmented, large pored, oily skin. Small acne, large acne, dark spots, sun spots,pigmentation...i was suffering from all of it. I started using this mucin on 11dec 2023 but didnt see any significant changes. Then I realised it's a good moisturising base which doesnt give any side effects no matter which serum or creams or make up u apply on top of it. It's very versatile. Also, it absorbs very easily n doesnt make my oily skin shiny. But to achieve the glass effect, you cannot rely on this mucin alone. I used 10% niacinamide + vitamin c + kojic acid serums alternately or sometimes in combination alongwith this mucin. After one month i realised that my skin doesnt need make up anymore. Simple day moisturizer or sunscreen is enough glow it. So full 5 stars to this mucin for blending so well with serums and also providing right amount of hydration. I stopped using it for 2 days and my skin turned dry n little flaky. To judge its effect, one has to stop using it and then realise its aually doing a good job. It gives baby smooth skin with right amount of hydration.

This stuff is a game-changer! The texture is a bit slimy (obviously, it’s snail mucin), but it sinks into the skin so well. Super hydrating, gives a nice glow, and helps with skin barrier repair. I have combination skin which became very oily in this hot and humid weather that I couldn't use anything on my skin but this musin just absorb like a pro with in minutes and hydrated appropriately. This is my 3rd purchase. It's just worth every penny.

Mm..it's worth the hype, I have purchased it in nov'23 and still using it. A little goes long way and really fulfills it's promises like moisturizing and makes skin soft. I use it in my night routine as it makes my skin look dull if I use in mrng coz I won't wear makeup.
