The first one came damage, do not hold the charge, i contact the customer service, and after couple days they respond me, and ask me to destroy it, and send it to them in peaces, so them after a couple weeks i receive the new one, that so far is working ok, not very reliable, be aware that you have to send the product out of the US and then after they receive it, is when they will replace it, it took i long time.

I love it, is a remarkable product.

Some pressure setting up and using first time (never used any wallet before) but it really is EASY to do in hindsight. Once you get your first small transfer for few dollars worth done and it's so EASY after to use it. First completion verification shown with Ledger Live computer app (which says 30 mins but seems in 3 mins or less) and you do it so fast every time after. It's just quick to learn/use and I highly recommend it so far.

I thought this was a bundle with nano S PLUS and a nano x, this bundle is just for a nano S +(and) a nano X

Great for keeping your bags of coins safe and off the exchanges but very small display to read. Keep a magnifying glass handy if your eyes are failing.

I was looking for more storage space for apps and the Nano X provides that. The Nano S is a good product with limited storage cap for apps, but packaged with the Nano X its price to performance ratio is pretty good.Unfortunately, the Nano S Plus is out now and I would advise anyone to look at an X + S Plus package deal...But both Ledger wallets are great products.

Increased cost of the X by 25% overnight the day I decided to purchase and went with the duo. In my experience. The cost increase was NOT justified to the consumer in the absolute slightest. They’re doing like apple - essentially adding a 14 inch MacBook Pro to the line of 13 and 16 inches so they can increase the price of the 16 inch one by 25 percent for no reason and up the cost of the 14 inch to the previous 16 inch price. Rather stupid and “trendy” like to abuse customers

I am a huge fan of the ledger as it is a very secure and easy to use storage solution for your crypto assets. Customer service however will be the death of this company. I received a defective product and customer service is horrible. It is a non returnable item for Amazon for obvious reason and dealing with customer service is less effective than banging your head against the wall. Great product, horrible service.

Ambas ledger llegaron en excelente estado, selladas y funcionaron hasta el momento perfecto, era mi primera vez utilizando hard wallets y la verdad que la idea de tener las dos a ese precio fue excelente, una la tengo guardada con la misma seed por en caso de extravió de la principal. Muy recomendado el paquete.

Been looking for these for a while, have a use for both so being able to buy as a package was cost effective.Wallets do what I want them for, happy to purchase despite the previous security hack in 2020 on the Ledger customer data base, that my understanding has been addressed.
