It was Easy to replace the old melted knob. Fits great and works perfectly.

These plastic knobs become brittle with age I have four gas fireplaces in this house and about 10 years ago one of the knobs on an older fireplace fell apart. I thought check with the appliance parts stores and pick up a new knob. Easy. Nope, they said they were forbidden to sell a single piece of any gas regulator or control valve. That included the knob. A new gas valve would be required. I checked with the fireplace repair companies and they said the same thing. I called the manufacturers and they said the same thing. Federal regulation.I had given up until this past ice storm, when we used the fireplaces to keep the house warm during the three-day power outage. Fortunately, the main living room fireplace kept the entire main floor hot enough we didn't need others to help. But it got me thinking that now things have changed and China controls virtually all production maybe these knobs might be available. And here they are. And they work perfectly. And they are much less expensive and easier to install than a gas valve. Great job. I am getting extras because you never know when regulations will change. For once procrastination paid off.

A simple knob shouldn't be so hard to find. Product came very soon and was perfect replica of what I needed. Being so old appliance amazing that I found one. Thank you

Replaced a broken knob on my Robertshaw gas fireplace regulator. Wasn't an exact copy of what was originally on the regulation, but fit and works perfectly.

Exact OEM replacement. I haven't installed it yet, but it is a perfect match. I'm very happy I found this piece for a low price.
