These work great on a transistor radio. Clear sound. This is a hard item to find in todays world.

Despite the high rating, it's extremely hard to recommend this item to people. The big problem is that these headphones are far too sensitive for most devices. When these are plugged into my phone I hear noise whenever there's activity on the screen, and charging adds a noticeable hiss. When you provide really, really clean amplification, in my case tested on a FiiO M11 and a desktop THX amp, these sound shockingly clear, though a little bass forward for my tastes, but it's a little hard to sell an audiophile on these when there are alternatives from Koss that sound much better for just a few more dollars.Fortunately these have another appeal point, and that's convenience. These are one of the very few in-ear devices that are comfortable to actually wear for long periods, at least for me. They don't isolate sound, which is a mixed bag but works well for me to wear at work and still be able to hear my surroundings perfectly well. The amp dependency isn't a huge problem if you're just listening to podcasts or dialogue.I think this is the perfect product for an extremely specific niche where I am, but if you can't accommodate a hypersensitive headphone you might be disappointed with these.

I finally chose this pair of earbuds because it seemed to fit all the criteria I learned I had required my old freebie bose earbuds finally kicked the bucket.For me, these earbud criteria :1) the soft, nozzle tip actually allows them to stay in - haven't fallen out after a month of daily, hourly use.2) the soft tip is very comfortable - I wear them for hours at a time - no problems (I have smaller ear holes apparently, but the small tip that is included worked like a charm)3) i did not want noise cancellation - these allow me to hear the outside world enough that if someone calls out, I can hear them4) similarly, since I use a free standing microphone, I need to be able to hear my voice when I speak and these allow me to do this.The only con is the sound quality - I suppose since my last pair was bose, I got spoiled to fantastic sound quality. BUT these earbuds are perfectly fine for computer use/hearing others in a skype session/etc. and I'd buy them again.

With earlier similar products, I found that the covers would fall off in my pocket or be lost. They did not lend themselves to gluing. These from JVC seem study enough to remedy that. They perform fine with my mp3 player/FM. (I deliberately did not want a phone headset.)

I, like others, was so bummed when my beloved Yourbuds were no longer. I have been wearing those for so many years and they just fit. They didn't fall out unless well used (and those I relegated to at home use until I finally throw them away). They've been washed in the washing machine, been left in freezing cold - they are like Titanium. However - I cannot find them anymore.These seemed a pretty good replacement and the ear pieces are just fine. The quality is ok - I mostly do audiobooks so I am not looking for anything too picky. In my marathon's I use my last pair of Yourbuds but use these others for training.My issue is the cord. This is the cheapest cord ever. You hear every sound in the cord constantly. Since I run for HOURS this gets exhausting and there is no real way to fix it. Any small brush against it spells disaster and it is so distracting and just ugh. Other than that these would be a fine replacement. For the price I guess they are ok but I cannot do more than 3 stars. Fix the cord and charge more - I'm good with it! I have tiny ears and 99% of all earbuds do not fit my ears and fall out or make them so sore within minutes I cannot wear them. These are part answer but the cord needs to be fixed.

I just received my earbuds and I have only used them two times but I can already tell they will stay in place! Most of the earbuds today are just not built for my ear type. My ears are large and I have trouble finding the earbud with the replaceable covers. At any rate I really these and I am looking forward to using them. Also, the price was reasonable and the quality seems to be good....but only time will tell! The sound is good but not great...but for the price I got what got!! If anything changes in the next few months I will revise my review!

I have bought over 9 of these. Dumb on my part, but they work so good at first. Then about after a month when it's too late to exchange them, they malfunction. One ear goes completely out then not long after the other.I love the ear fit and they sound very clear and clean when they do work. It's disappointing, but I am finally going to move on and try something that hopefully works longer than 2 months.

Works but cheap quality. Comfortable but sound quality is atrocious. I know you can’t expect much at this price point but it is like getting the free airline headphones.

Fit:I have very small ears and it's extremely difficult for me to find earbuds that fit. I was a bit hesitant to try these because they looked strange and large, but there were some reviews saying that these work well for small ears. The reviews were right - they actually fit my ears way better than anything else I've ever tried. There was definitely a learning curve with figuring out how to put them in my ears properly. It probably took me a week to fully figure it out. I find that rotating the earbuds a little is very helpful for getting them in. Sometimes the seal breaks, but I rotate them back into the right position. They do start to dig into the outer part of my ear a bit after maybe an hour of wearing them.Sound:Compared to other earbuds I've tried in this price range, the sound is awesome! When the earbuds are in and sealed properly, the bass is amazing! (At least, compared to other headphones I've tried in this price range). I could hear details in my music that I've never been able to hear before. My only complaint is that the volume level is really loud. For example, when I plug my other earbuds into my computer, I usually have my computer volume at around 30-50. With these earbuds plugged into my computer, keep my computer volume between 2 and 10. It's really easy to get blasted with sound if I forget to turn down the volume before plugging in these earbuds!

I've been using these for a year or so and they broke so I had to get new ones. These are amazing sound for the price. I looove the shape of these since they actually stay in your ear. All the other "in-ear" eabuds always fall out of my ears and these ones stay in because (1) they actually extend into your ear and (2) they use that feature combined with rubber to never fall out. Oh, and the delivery said 1 week but it came in 3 days so yay!I just wish I could choose from the other colours too. Oh, and the cord is shorter than most which I actually like since it doesn't tangle with anything when I move around but if you like longer cords then this is a warning I guess.

They do break after a relatively short time so need replacing regularly however my daughter likes them and we re order when necessary
