Worked great! Don't cut without something like a cutting board underneath however! You have to apply some good pressure, but it's better than holding a pair of scissors and cutting for a longer amount of time. It cut my coupon trimming time by 3/4 of the original amount of time it normally took!

I use this cutter every week for cutting coupons. Works great! I Have not tried to use it for opening plastic packages.

The blade could stick ought just a tad more and it would work more efficiently. It is hard to position it just right to cut where you want to. The blade is so tiny that I end up getting frustrated and using a knife to open packages.

I love the Pampered Chef I-Slice! It works great for coupons, and conveniently attaches to the fridge with the built-in magnet.
