Is this ball fifa inspected? ft5 suppose to be fifa inspected, yet i don't see the stamp.

Fifa inspected means the factory is approved by fifa to produce this quality ball, they do not stamp each ball

I ordered a white and red ball and when it came it was different, had black lines on it, and a fifa symbol instead of the 5 symbol. Why is that?
