Para-Cord Survival Bracelet "Black" 8 Inch

I first heard about such things on You Tube and thought it might be fun to try. It came packaged very well and was surprising comfortable. I find I like it for the odd reason, I have worked to set a mind set that I use when I lock my door and set the alarm. Once I see it on the hand locking the door, I mentally try to be in a condition Yellow mind set aware of my surroundings, and try to be calmly aware in a Tai Chi kind of framework of mind. I find it is useful to know if I had car trouble in bad weather, I carry such things to help get out of the bad situation since the ability to tie to grommets of tarps etc. can give you shelter and there are many uses for this item when taken apart.

This is the best price for one of these that I have found. Becuse the price was so low I was afraid of getting poor quality but I didn't. It's great quality. The only downside I can see is if you have very large wrist it might not fit but they did include two small legnths of cord that I assume are just for fixing that problem.

This is a great survival bracelet at a fraction of the cost of some others offered on this and some other sites. The weave is tight and doesn't look like it will unravel or come apart accidentally. The buckle is appropriately sized for a bracelet of this width and thickness. I wear this daily now and it has stood up to the abuse nicely. Also nice to know that I can quickly and easily garrot that irritating guy on the train, if needed.I'll be purchasing from this sell again!

Runs small

The bracelet arrived exactly as advertised. It fits me well and looks nice. While the small plastic buckle appears sturdy and is nicely curved to mold to your wrist, if you have to take it off fairly often, you will become frustrated with how difficult it is to buckle it. It's pretty small and doesn't want to line up properly in order to latch closed. Once you get it, it's fine, but it can lead to a bit of frustration while you try to latch this thing one-handed with your off-hand while fighting the buckle. That being said, I like it; It's nice to have another survival tool at your immediate disposal and have it look nice to boot.

just got it, it seems like it is pretty well made. I have fairly large wrist and the 8 inch one fits kind of loosely, Its not to far off and bearable but im sure it would be too big for some one with regular or smaller sized wrists. Either way it could still come in handy some day. It could be the five dollars that saves your life

Excellent product....bought the paracord survival bracelet and it arrived way before the estimated arrival date. Experience and product was so great I've already ordered from Fort DeTroyo again. Bracelet is made of quality material. It's easy to put on and take off, very comfortable to wear and comforting to know you have a small piece of useful survival gear with you. You can get these bracelets anywhere but you won't find them as reasonably priced and you absolutely will not find a better company to order them from.

This would have been my second paracord bracelet. The other is red and black, and cost a lot more, so when I saw this one, at a great price, how could I resist. I ordered the same 8" size as my other, which fit just fine, but when I received this one it measured out at almost 10". I can't wear it on my wrist, I could wear it on my ankle, since it does fit there, but my wife would laugh at me, so I'll pass it along to a friend with bigger wrists than mine. The price is so good, I wouldn't consider sending it back and being a bother about it. It's made as nicely as the more expensive ones, looks as good, and would serve the same purpose. It's just overly big and falls off my wrist.
