Arctic AirReplacement Filter, White

It's perfect now I have a back up that I keep in the freezer and then once the other one melts I take that one out and replace with the 2nd one

Worth paying for this filter. Holds up to cleaning and reuse. I have several non OEM FILTERS. Odd fit, poor quality and not well built. You get what you pay for.

The product description is misleading. It says "Arctic Air Replacement Filters are made from a sponge material with an coating. No more wasteful paper filters! The filters are washable and reusable." The filter that arrived today is clearly made with paper and couldn't possibly be washable. I'm very disappointed in it.

I have had the Arctic Ice machine for 2 years. I use it in the garage to cool a small work area. The original filter that was in the machine lasted for about one year. I purchased some replacement filters that were not the original type because they were cheaper. I used three of the cheaper filters in one year. When I replaced the filter it would work for a while, then began to dry out while the machine was operating. I found those filters did not absorb the water from the bottom pool of water to wick to the top of the filter. The cheaper filters molded badly and the paper in the filter became brittle. So, I have purchased these original filters which are working as they should. I will stick with the original filters from now on.

I've had some bad luck with the generic ones so I decided this time I'd try the OEM filters and this is just as expected! It fits perfectly in my Arctic Air and cools real well. Thanks!

Thank You for the swift shipping. I have been using Arctic Air for 2 years. It gets pretty toasty out here. The new filters fit my original model perfectly and work great! 👍👍

Worked exactly as needed! Fit my older arctic air model perfect. I bought 2 so I could rotate. I learned the hard way the first time I used my cooler to not run it 24/7 without changing the filter. Of course it developed mold because it was always sitting in water and never let it air out between uses. I've read some people have put a tinyyy bit of rubbing alcohol in the water to keep it from molding. I haven't tried it yet but maybe in the future. I would recommend getting 2 so you can rotate.

These filter work great although I recommend buying two of them and swapping them out Weekly. Fill your sink with Hot Water & a Good Laundry Detergent and let it soak all day. Drain the sink, Rinse filter and place back in the sink fill with cold water over night. Bleach is faster but severally shortens the life of the filters. As much as a problem the original Arctic Airs were, they still work much better than the current unit.

It seems to do the job for the time being (just replaced it a few days ago)...having used the one bought with the cooler for like 4 months. I wish that the price for the replacement filters are more reasonable and not as expensive.

I use it for when working out on super Hot Days when temperature is above 30 degres. Device is turned directly on me (approx 20" away) and it's just right.
