I bought this due to that I wanted to start learning photography and wanted to have a quick access to my pictures. I do not have a laptop. I use a iPad Pro for most things and this is now one of them.I did notice that when I connected my own USB-C to HDM adapter to the USB-C port on this multiport card reader, it did not allow for the image of my tablet to show on external display.Maybe the USC-C port is not used on this device to transmit to a screen but rather to just receive energy. It is just a guess from my experience.The USB port works perfectly and the Two other ports do so too.I did notice that when I inserted my memory card and was looking at images on my tablet, sometimes it would take a few seconds for the image to load.My pictures are not high resolution as my camera is basic at this moment. So I am still wondering why that is.Overall, it a good product for the price.

I bought my new dslr which came with the standard memory card and micro sd card slots. After taking pictures I realized that my laptop didn't have the ports to read either of the cards. Then I looked for a card reader and definitely I wanted the cheapest one of all the options available. That's how I ended up buying this card reader.Connectivity is quick and easy. I found it a bit harder to connect to my PC at the beginning but after several uses it became looser to a point that it was easily inserted and removed from the PC usb ports. The plus point is that I can also connect it to my phone because of the usb 3 pin which mostly phones have nowadays. Hence, overall I am Happ with my purchase and I always keep it in my camera bag.

Very easy to use! Plug it straight in to my usbc on my Mac and it works perfect. Very convenient to transfer photos to your sd card to a external hard drive to edit or just have. I love it and use it a lot.

This multi port adapter is by far one of the most useful items a tablet owner can buy. I have bought one of these for my iPad and it was great so I turned around and bought one for my Microsoft Surface. The only difference in them is that this one has a USB C connection to fit the surface. It has an SD slot and a Micro SD slot as well as a USB 3 slot. This will allow use up to 1TB of memory in either of the two SD slots or both if that is needed. It also allows the use of a keyboard or mouse or both if a USB hub is used. I have found literally dozens of uses for this accessory. This item is very cheap compared to others but made of just as strong materials and the first one I bought is working just as good as new. I expect the same from this one.

I did a bit of research before ordering this and decided to purchase after looking at the reviews. After my comparison of quality and price to a few other brands, I landed on this one. So far it has worked very well and is very convenient for usage. One quality I did appreciate about this product is that there is a cord attached to the body that plugs into my laptop in comparison to a metal piece directly on the body. The cord function is nice because I am able to use it while also having a case on my computer, and I have seen other people complaining about other brands not having that capability and having to remove their cases to use the product so it can sit flush. Overall, it a very good purchase in my opinion.

It doesn’t get much easier than this. For my iPad Mini 6, it was just plug it in, open your Photos App and you will see the device in utilities. You will see all your photos there, they will be kinda fogged, but you will know which ones are which. Then it’s as simple as picking the ones you wish to keep or view and it’s that simple. About a one minute process. Plus the time spent picking the photos. Of course when you download to your device the photos are as good of a quality as the camera that took the photos. A bonus, you are also asked if you want to delete the photos from the SD card. One note, I was not notified of an external device plugged in, but as mentioned I found the device in the Photos App.Sometimes we think things are going to be complicated, but in this case things are just plain simple. Works well, has the Card reader and one USB - I think it's a great value for the price. I had bought one previously but it was metal, I had to be careful that it didn't scratch my Mac - this one no need to worry. I would highly recommend this adapter.

Ordered yesterday, and arrived today. Plugged in to my iPad Pro (20022) and found the memory card data in the “file” app.Pictures transferred no problem, after being capture with Canon Rebel T3i

Works well. Once I figured out how to have access to the files on my phone. (Had to Google it)
