6"/12" Master Precision Level Graduation 0.02mm/m Bar Level Measurement Leveler Description:The level gauge is mainly used to check the straightness of the guideways of various machine tools and other equipment, the correctness of the horizontal and vertical positions installed, etc.Specifications:Material: Carbon SteelColor: As ShownAccuracy: 0.02mm/m Length: 150mmFeatures:Precision engineers spirit level for setting and checking the level of machinery and other high accuracy levelling applications.Made of premium carbon steel, high quality, durableWith wooden case, easy to store and carryHigh accuracy: 0.02mm/mOperation:Before use, the measured surface and the working face of the level meter must be scrubbed clean. When in use, the heat source and air flow should be insulated and the temperature should be kept as constant as possible. When the level gauge is placed on the measured surface, it must wait for the bubbles to be stationary before it can be read. When reading, it should be observed vertically to avoid parallax. After use, rust-proof treatment should be carried out. When placed, attention should be paid to shock-proof and moisture-proof.

Not shipped correctly
The quality of this level appears to be pretty good , and the price is very good compared to the benchmark, Starrett. The problem I had with it was trying to keep it "calibrated". Switching it end for end on a flat level surface should result on the bubble settling in the same place on opposite ends of the vial. I got this to happen , but then when leveling a table on a Bridgeport, it suddenly was non repeatable. It was shipped in its wooden box with a 1/4 foam pad on the bottom, but it was then put in a bubble envelope and mailed. I think the jostling had some negative effect on the zeroing screws and spring causing it to go out of calibration. I returned it UPS packed in a box with peanuts. Can't take a chance on a replacement coming packed the same way.

Do not purchase these
When these arrived, one was damaged and the other is not able to be calibrated. I requested twice to return these and never received a response. If you do buy these, be wary, they are not of the best quality and apparently non-returnable even when damaged.
