My experience with Ugee has been a positive one thus far. I've been a Wacom customer for quite some time, but was doing some thorough research on getting an alternative to a Cintiq, since I wasn't willing to spend $1000+ on a screen tablet with so many other ones available. I've played with Cintiqs before and loved the feeling of being able to draw directly onto a screen. I instantly fell in love with the product, but not the price. The Ugee 2150 is an amazing alternative. I'm working on a Mac, and was able to delete my old Wacom drivers easily and install the Ugee driver directly from the website (the CD is provided, but the website has the most up-to-date version of the driver). So I didn't have any problems there. The reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is because the first one I received had a hardware malfunction; the cursor on the screen would jump about a centimeter on the right-hand, middle, and left-hand side of the screen. It wasn't enough to hinder me from using it, but enough to get annoying when I was trying to draw/paint in Photoshop. I recorded the malfunction in a short video and e-mailed Ugee customer service, who promptly stated the issue and asked me to send it back. I just received my new one, and after playing with it, it works like a dream. I'm so glad it works well and am very pleased with the performance.TLDR; I love the Ugee immensely. If you're looking for an amazing alternative to a pricy Cintiq, definitely go Ugee. Great service and great product.

Best Choice in Wacom Alternative Hands-Down
Let's start this off with a little about me. I'm an artist that typically does 2d pencil and paper type art. I've always wanted to do digital but am not trying to take out a second mortgage on a Wacom but I don't have the hand-eye coordination to draw on the drawing pads without screens. This monitor was a gift from the good lord himself.Pros:-Incredibly easy setup (if you don't have any cintiq digital pen drivers)-Very responsive-Bright screen-Sharp detail-stand adjusts very easily-very sleek and sturdy design-just feels like a good quality monitor for an amazing price-2 pens in case you lose one-Tons of replacement nibs-Great battery life on the penCons-One pen came with the first button broken and unable to be pressed and it wouldn't hold a charge (second one worked just fine)-Parallax was a little wonky but it was mostly just me getting used to the transition from traditional to digital-glass makes it hard for heavy-handed artists to drag their bare hand across the screen (easily fixed with any cotton or drawing glove of your choice)-Cable placement can cause you to get inventive with your setup but overall not ever in my wayFinal thoughtsThis is honestly incredibly worth it. I did extensive research on it, read reviews, watched youtube videos and tried to find out everything I could about this and I have not once regretted this purchase. Even with the one pen not working, this deserves more than 5 stars. If you want to compare it to a Wacom, you save damn near $2k for a comparable one, only lose the hotkeys (which can be programmed on your keyboard instead), and don't get the matte finish. If those things don't matter, then this can't be beat!

Amazing monitor for the price.
I am a photographer and in my opinion this monitor is definitely worth it. I have been wanting a Wacom for the longest time but could not justify the expense. I have read numerous reviews on these lesser expensive versions and after all I have read I finally settled on this model and bit the bullet. After some minor local pc issues I was up and running. The setup for the monitor itself was simple. I was trying to set up multiple monitors with this but my system had some minor limitations I had to workaround it, so I initially set it up in a more simpler dual monitor setup and it worked like a charm. The pen setup and feel is excellent in my opinion and the pressure sensitivity works really well.My experience is with non monitor Wacom tablets, Toshiba tablet computers and a Microsoft Surface Pro 3. The performance is on par with my Wacom and blows away my Toshiba and Surface. The sheer size of the editing surface is wonderful to work with and the money saved was enough to help me get a faster computer to boost my productivity. I highly recommend this model for anyone in the market for a tablet device who can't justify the price of a Wacom.Pros:*Easy setup*Pen is very responsive and feels great*Comes with spare pen. ( I have a 2 year old who likes to raid my desk and play hide and seek with daddy's mouse and pen)*Viewing angles are great.*Stand is sturdy and had no problems with the cable locationCons:*A little tough to calibrate. ( I spent some time trying to get it as close to my 25" 2560x1440 main calibrated monitor as possible) It got close but still seems to lack the crispness and contrast. There were some very minor details that it could not display. However the monitor only goes up to 1920x1080 so I use my main monitor as the final evaluation.*Pen to surface gap. ( while minor there is a small gap, I found it helpful as I was able to see exactly where the cursor was.*Would not let me calibrate it as a second monitor. I had to set it up as the main monitor in Windows in order to calibrate the pen to the screen. Minor issue for me. Both monitors still work the same for me.Overall this monitor is definitely worth getting as it has already sped up my workflow and made editing fun and exciting again.
