Arrived fully charged and works as expected.

We had an error code appear on our alarm. When I spoke to the supplier they wanted approx £300 to come out and service the alarm system since install. Has happened every four years, and every time I have purchased a new battery for the alarm and installed easily. Has saved me a fortune on maintenance contracts etc and has worked perfectly

Bought in 2020 and fitted straighforward. Then the warning went off about battery. Can see in pic started to swell. Lasted 3.5 years close to the 4-5 years but not quiet there.

I purchased two of these batteries as a direct replacement to the two which were fitted as the back up power supply to the fire alarm system for my business. They are manufactured by the same company. The maintenance records show that the two original batteries had been in service for 10 years with no problems. I guess they just expired. Hopefully this pair will out last the old ones.C.W.

Bought for alarm panel battery replacement, exact size as the old one but slightly higher rating (3.4Ah as opposed to the old 3.0Ah). Voltage on unpacking approx 12.5v, so no having to pre-charge before fitting (although the panel would of course trickle charge it over time).One of those 'fit and forget' items, until something goes wrong (like the alarm going off after a very brief power dip). The old one... made by 'Long' (mod. WP3-12) and fitted some years ago now... was only showing 3.5v!.Good price for this size/spec of battery, and excellent service from the seller... package arrived next day after dispatch. Nice one!.

I needed to replace the alarm battery as it kept going off every time there was a power cut, or power surge. Worked as a direct replacement for the old battery in my Texecom Veritas R8 alarm. Was very easy to install, but make sure you know the user code before removing the cover of the alarm box, as you’ll need this to disable the siren.It is safe to replace the battery yourself, but be mindful that the control box is connected to the electric supply, so just replace the battery and don’t go fiddling around with anything else inside.The only tools required are a medium crosshead screwdriver & a bit of common sense.
