I want 6 indenpendent controlled relays. Can I set up 6 relays and transmitters so there is no cross talk?

Question 2

Does this only work with a dc power supply?  one picture in the product description showed "110/240v live line" but this doesn't seem realistic.

This device is powered off 12v DC, and comprises a radio receiver and mechanical relay. 
It has an uncommitted set of relay contacts that can however switch any voltage, from a few volts (AC or DC) to 110v or even 240v AC. I would be careful at the higher voltages as the screw wire connectors are small and closely spaced.  The relay is a compact packaged part that is energized by the on board radio receiver recognizing the unique code of the transmitter fob when it is pressed. 
So if you want to switch on a 60W lightbulb you would provide 12v to the receiver circuit and use the built-in relay to control the ‘live’ wire from a 115v wall socket that the lightbulb would plug into, much like a regular light switch.

Can I connect several switches to work with the same remote?

The switch will only work when the 433Mhz transmitter is pressed, so as long as the remote is transmitting the correct frequency it will operate,

Question 4

Will this work for an old chamberlain/ sears opener?  Guess it’s more of an opener question - I don’t know if those old openers use momentary switches

You could definitely wire something into the existing button by splicing in wires that short the leads to the botton when the relay is activated, or doing the same up on the opener if it has the typical exposed terminals. Another thing to consider is that you are going to need a 12V power supply to power this board. Those can be found for under $10 on amazon as well.
