I bought this headset for conference calls while working from home. The overall fit is a little tight on the head which I hope settles over time. At least it doesn't slip! The sound volume is really good. However, I have not been able to make the thing mute from the headset. Not a big problem. the range is excellent for a blue tooth device. For the price, this headset has been well worth it. Oh, and I especially like the charging station. it has a small footprint and is very convenient for desk work

Love the headset and the flexibility it gives not to be restricted at my desk. Sometimes I get a echo but 90% of the time it works great! Recommended.

Overall, this little headset is outstanding for the price. I've used Plantronics and Jabber devices at work that cost exponentially more without offering exponentially better performance. For a wireless call center headset for around $30 I would've expected far shoddier quality than I got. The finish and initial quality of this headset are on par with more recognizable name brands.I especially like the magnetic charging base. The charging base I have on my headset at work isn't magnetic, and sometimes doesn't make full contact if I'm not meticulous about placement. It's not fun arriving to work in the morning and getting battery warnings with my first phone call. I don't worry about that with this headset.Are there things that could be improved? Sure. The ear foam is stiff and not breathable. The clamping force is on the high side. The headband offers no articulation beyond its variable length. This headset will make you fidget with placement to find the least uncomfortable resting place, and will make your ear hot. Also, the ear foam is permanently attached and not easily user replaceable from what I can tell.Be that as it may, the noise cancelling on the microphone effectively filters out fan and other ambient noise so your callers hear you well. Audio transmitting and receiving are plenty strong. And it's cheap and it's available with fast shipping and without price gouging.If the comfort factor is unbearable, try slipping a baby sock over the ear piece or wrap it in gauze. No big deal. Also, Windows users take note: although audio input and output are sufficient, they do need to be set at 100%. If this is still not strong enough, install Equalizer APO to boost the preamp signal to your taste. It’s comfortable & it works great

I’ve had this thing for about two months and I use it every day for work. The sound is good, the mic doesn’t pick up too much from the room and the magnetic charging stand is perfect, it holds the headset firmly and easily. Have yet to run out of battery even talking all day.

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because you can’t mute the mic. Otherwise it’s a very good buy for the money. I love the sound quality and noise cancellation, I use it for work and it’s been very useful in that capacity.

Headset is good however the charging cord went bad after only days. Luckily I have a million other micro usb cords to use to charge it. The volume through the earpiece is a little on the low side but it’s very clear. Other than that it has been a great asset to working from home!

Fully compatible with our Panasonic DECT cordless home phones that support bluetooth headsets. Much more comfortable and ergonomic than holding the phone on your shoulder. The volume and clarity of the headset is also quite impressive considering it isn't a name-brand manufacturer and was quite a low price - it was worth the gamble.

Bought it for WFH meetings, Works good on zoom/Teams. Sound quality on Windows 10 is ok. Not the headset but a flaw in Windows since it works flawlessly on my Android, IOS devices.
