Clean swap once you get into the phone. However, getting into the phone itself is another issue. Pros: Easily installed internally Clean swap, unplug and plug in Cons: This is lasting half as long as the original when it comes to dropping from quick charge. (About 3-4 months in and I lost quick charge again) I wish they added in a few tools to get the phone backing off. (An oversight by their products team. Could have made more money.) I'd recommend this as a replacement, but get some tools to help you get the back off. 8/10

Estaba lidiando con el conector de carga de mi galaxy note 9 hasta que de pronto dejo de funcionar y como también lo usaba para conectar por ethernet quede en el limbo, hasta que despues de investigar un poco me decidí por este repuesto y lo tengo instalado hace una semana y funciona perfectamente, ahora mi smartphone esta como nuevo. Le ha dado una segunda vida a mi note 9. Lo recomiendo completamente

Worked great for me
Microwaved a wet wash cloth in a ziplock bag for 2 minutes. CAREFUL, IT WILL BE VERY HOT! Wrapped my phone in the bag for a minute or so and carefully worked the back off with a thin metal and plastic cards. Once the back was off I found a video on YouTube showing how to replace this port. Now my phone is back in good working order. I'm able to charge by cable and use Android Auto in my car. Glad I tried this instead of shelling out for a new phone.

Works 2nd time around, need better quality control
First one I received didn't work (microphone didn't work, charging port worked) On the replacement one all works fine. Pain in the rear to have to disassemble my phone twice, need better quality control on this product.

No Complain
This stuff was perfect for me. Now my charging port is working perfectly. No complain with the microphone as other reported. For just $9.95 I saved myself from buying a new phone 😏
